What You Don't See

The NBA had it's feelers up on the matchup last eve, between the two top teams in their respective divisions...the Philly 76ers of the east, and the LaLa Lakers of the west...decided by a 76er jumper with 2 seconds to go...as, the Lakers (unbelievably) had no time outs saved up...and couldn't counter from 90 feet, or whatever that distance is now...watching this game, via the pixels, you have NO IDEA as to the size of these dudes who are playing...if you are 6'3'', you are tiny...

Most refs, yes, them blind blokes...in the league are that size...er, height...so, they look like, well, you know...intimidated?...perhaps, some of them...well, they sure look much smaller...where am I going with this?...I will give them an out...as the space taken up by these humongous dudes who play the game...sometimes the only correct call, is the one that is on tape...can't see around these big bodies...on the tele, 100 feet away, it seems easier...right on the floor, no way...

Anyhoo, LeBron took a cheap shot on Embiid, and I am happy that Philly won...doesn't take much for me to pick a side...this was it...

What you don't see...I mean, what I don't see...is the rationale and fervor for following the defeated bloke, trump...where does this come from?...why?...his bullying pulpit is gone...over...finished...why then still fear him?...I can see foos such as Rand Paul and Teddy Cruz doing so...they think that they will be the Repub candy man in '24...and want all his forevers in their camp...but, the other 43 Senators?...c'mon, get it together...you no longer are sheep...think for yourself...

And ask yourself this...where were YOU hiding when the mob was rushing into the Capitol Building, where were YOU?...by orders of trump...'hang Pence'...c'mon...figure this out...

We are still in the minority of getting the vaccine in our arms...I will not be satisfied until those who want it, get it...by the end of spring?...fingers crossed...BTW, who wouldn't want it?...c'mon folks, you must be smarter than that...

I'm not a Miranda Lambert fan...but, I do like some of her stuff...and many do...personal preference, right?...but her latest, 'Tequila Does', I do like...video of it...

The way the public is...with the Bernie Sanders meme...and the clothes he chose to wear on Inauguration Day...Vermont is on the map!...somewhere in the northeast section of the USA...never been there, you?...

If I could just have made a few birdie putts yesterday, I'd a been somebody....shot an 80 and missed 5 inside 15 feet...figured left, and it went right...then saw it right, and it went left...

The Farmers Ins Open is out at Torrey Pines starting today...no fans allowed...boo...no Tiger, back surgery...but, the rest of the pros will be there...well, not all of them...but Rory, Rahm, Lefty are...Ricky?...I dunno...Jordan?...I think so...today will be fine, but tomorrow?...big rain..

Some of my 'whine, beer, and whiskey' friends have been bragging about their air fryers...so, we have had little luck with our Insta-Pot...so, are looking at the fryer thang...any of youse out there have one?...would like to comment?...how much, where did you buy it?...that sort of stuff...
