How about starting your very own Throwback Thursday with a vinyl from the past...Willie Nelson's 'Stardust'...hmmm, I guess that would make it 'our very own' morning...and, not so much 'very own'...right?...the record was released in '78...it be as smooth as they come...mellow?...this is one for your collection, that is, if you have one...AND, if not, it's time for you to start one...trust the Horse...it slows your world down...ha ha, especially this disc...

'Even if he did it, it is not impeachable...'...that is the defense of the Trump camp...I am lost when it comes to this Show, er Trial...an absolute mockery is being made of any real judicial system...how can this be?...the laws of the land, don't apply to the 'trial' of our most important political position in the USA...the presidency...makes me cringe as we all watch our government work as it shall...however, I am not sure how many of the Americans are watching...

Is there a correlation in the fact that part of the Trump wall is falling down?...high winds knocked the bloody thing on it's side...well, almost...and is leaning on the Mexico land....any correlation to, the defense that he has going on in DC?...it be falling, too?...gosh, I have no clue to what the Senate will do...BUT, to not have witnesses in a TRIAL, slaps the faces of all the American people...

The trade of Mookie Betts is not done...yet...so many rumors as to why not...physical exam problems?...money issue with Will Myers contract...not enough 'prospects' included...and, really, the list of possibles are apparently long...yea, this is Padre talk, kids...fingers are still crossed...

The Futures are down this morning...significant...one of those taking a hit, is Facebook...whatever....BTW, what would it be like, if that site just closed it's doors...no more Facebook...just like Macy's, Nordstrom's, Pier 1, and the list is growing...then what?...

The PGA Tour goes into Arizona for the Waste Management Open...I call it the Soprano...this is the one that has the par 3 hole, that is totally engulfed by fans...screaming Mimis, that have been drinking the bubbly just as soon as the gates open...and are fired up for the 5'9" pros, who come in there...and get booed if they don't hit the green...hmmm, I guess that was a put down on the size of the professionals...sorry, lads...5'10", there is that better?...you are huge...

Thursday and not much talk about the Sooper Bowl...surreal...game is Sunday...and even more so, no talk about SB Parties...what is this all about?...KC by 12, so says the prognostication of the Horse...and, NO, do not bet what I say...as I have NO CLUE...

The Rockets went into PDX and got whupped by the Blazers...and the Beard and Westbrook played...solid win for Portland...as Dame was big...still, that team needs a big win streak to get into the playoffs...there is one team that plays worse D, and that is Houston...

The best, or worst, kept secret in all of college guys hoops...what the SDSU Aztecs are doing...now, 22-0!!!...went into New Mexico and demolished the Lobos...a place where the Aztecs have had loads of problems prior to this season...how long can this hold up?...fun watching it...

The Bieber...just got notice that he is somewhere in the area...set to perform...why oh why, I would get the notice is beyond me...as the way one searches, the computer informs us, of what is similar...in and about...believe you oh me, there is nothing that I have that even remotely looked at, that has anything like...a fraction of a spot...a millionth of a chance that I like or push on a Bieb article...the Horse has ZERO interest in the dude...NONE!....zilch, nada, no way...quit it Google...

Crap...and other 4 letter words...the breaking news in MLB...that the Red Sox are trading Mookie Betts to the LA Bums...we lost out...which is a giant step back for us Padres, and a big step forward for LA...4 letter word...and another 4 letter word...
Wait a minute buster...and I do mean, Buster...there are some questions that are out there...still...

Had trouble sleeping last eve...so came back out and watched the tele...all them talk shows...have not done that for a goodly bit...ABC, NBC, and CBS...Kimmel, Fallon, and Colbert...they were all good...had fun guests on...and definitely made me drowsy...ha ha...Kimmel had Jessica Simpson as his guest...oh my...write anything you want...Fallon had Blake Lively, who is a fun fun gal...and Colbert had Steve Martin...clever bloke...there you go...

Are we back to playing for 3rd place?...

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
