Utah came into the game, heavily favored...with a reputation of having the most solid and ferocious defense on the western side of the country...fear them...their line is extraordinary...the east coast pundits all but gave the match to them...in and on the airwaves...the miked up crew of Herbstreit and Fowler...who called the fray, were pumped to help get this winner into the Final 4...with the expected mauling of the Ducks...
Not so fast, boys...I get where they were coming from...as they we're in the broadcast for BOTH of the Oregon losses...Auburn and Arizona St...BUT...last night was different...from the get go...the Duck line, both on O and D...were the dominant ones...BIG TIME!...the first that the Utes had been handled like this...
Had it not been for some careless offensive line penalties, the Ducks would have been up 4 td's by the first half...still, the difference was there...Utah made a push in the 3rd quarter, closing to an eight point margin...but the UO line took over...both sides...and the speedy RB Verdell took off for two more touchdowns and that was it...POOF!...went the plans of Utah...on the other hand, the scheduling for Oregon to plan their time in Pasadena is coming to fruition...the pundits?...ha ha, they are Green, with envy...

The LaLa Lake Show came into PDX and had a field day...no match, kids...as LeBron and Davis made mockery of the showdown...scored at will, against the worst defensive coached team in the league...I kid you not...I saw this after the big Duckee win...gosh, this was embarrassing...can't give you enough adjectives that show my disgust...
On the home front, I am feeling much better...thank you...have NO idea what it was...fever and dizziness...took about a week...got to play some golf yesterday and was just fine...go figure...
