The Match


Let's start with beisbol, kids...for all of us down here in South SoCal, we have our eyes and ears on OUR mighty Padres...as we 'welcome' the bloody Bums of LaLa to our nest...the nemesis of this franchise for almost forever...well, in the baseball world...arrived with a 2 1/2 game lead on us...this will be a 3 game match...in this shortened season, a HUGE thang...

LA had their ace going, Clayton Kershaw...and we had ours, Dinelson Lamet...both were mowing down the opponents...was 1-0, lead for the Bums...until our oh so hot CF Grisham, hit a dinger off Kershaw...a bat flip and the Dodgers were pissed...too much show...perhaps...any fuel for the fire needed...it got worse...for the Bums...as we whupped them 7-2...and now are 1 1/2 games back...this is good stuff...

Today (6:10) we trot out our next P Davies, sporting a 7-2 record...against their dude, Gonsolin (?)...no idear who this guy is...of course, we will find out...too bad, there are fans awaiting to celebrate this team...one game at a time...one game at a time...

Staying in Cali...Trump had a sit down with the leaders of the state...voicing, airing, talking, debating (?), commingling, laying things out for him...what can you say to someone who knows more about science than scientists?..."it'll start getting cooler, you just watch"...and then, this gem...from Wade Crowfoot, the Cali Sec of Natural Resources "I wish science agreed with you"...Orange responded "Well, I don't think science knows actually"...I can't make this stuff up...

Well, Huge skipped a trip up the west coast, and in lieu...hopped aboard his plane to 'Zona...a much needed revival a waiting him...well, it could have been anywhere other than Oregon...he does NOT want to enter enemy territory...he is well aware of what Custer tried to do...in South Dakota...well, probably not...figure of speech...

How's your dinner planning and execution in these pandemic times?...right, ours too...gets boring...repetitive...however, last eve we had a chowder board...clam chowder, a block of cheese, and some biscuits...it was not Mo's worthy, or even the Hitchen Post's (reportedly)...but, still, mighty tasty...

Snooki's song of the day...'Tumbleweed' by Kenny Chesney...ah what?...didn't think the PNW oldster spun the country stuff...hey, you remember Kenny, he is the bloke who had a week long marriage to Renee Zellweger...well, actually 4 months...hmmm, we, like Marsh and I...are celebrating number 46...who'd a thunk?...that's years, not months, or hours...dudes...geez...Snooki just called...he made his first mistake ever...the song is actually by Keith Urban...yea, he is married (still) to a star, too...Nicole Kidman...who was married to Tom Cruise...who was married to Katie Holmes...who is available...

To be more current...Trump this am, announced on Fox and Friends, that the vaccine will be here 'in a matter of weeks'...Republicans first, then all others...

Finally, the air quality at 6:40 am...SD 153, SB 139, Salem 263, Bend 373, Eugene 254, and Yosemite 461...yup, we canceled our tip there...

BREAKING...on Fox & Friends this am...Trump has turned 180*...and admitted that he was in favor of taking out the Syrian Prez, Bashar Assad...having him KILLED!...had it all set up...and Mattis stopped him from doing so...be afraid, be very afraid...what he can do...our military, our FBI, and our CIA must be on their toes...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed...
