Off we went to the Gaslamp for a happy hour of people watching...the powers
to be closed off 5th Ave, down by the Convention Center...we got a table at the Gaslamp Strip Club...wait a minute, kids...for you NOT in the know, it's a New York Strip...not what you may be thinking...had a few cold ones...got some grub and we were happy campers...sooooo many peops out and about...I will say, the numbers of dressed up Comic-Coner's were down from in the past...this is really well attended and there is chaos in trying to find a spot to park...

You been following the plight of the football bloke at Mississippi?...head coach there...ah, former...as he has been running scared...finally those in the 'not so happy' mode, got wind of him calling an escort service...as they say, keep searching...he is now, no longer the coach...amidst of countless accusations of improprieties of the program...the NCAA will unload on the school...real soon...

Have you EVER seen as many promos for a movie as there as has been for 'Dunkirk?'...almost on all channels, too...the price thereof has to be steep...must work...

Marsh called me into her TV world, as she was gandering at the Housewives of NYC...she told me it was funny...no...nothing they do is....just alarming that these ladies can act they way they do...and it is televised...they keep referring to Page 6...the entertainment section of the NY Post...apparently, their lifeline...do you still read a newspaper?...

The Biebs is banned from China...bad behavior...what?...the Biebs?...c'mon....

US is set to ban all peops to travel to North Korea...why oh why would you go there?...unless you have fam...which has to be the exception, right?...

Del Mar has kicked off...and the Horse has yet to go...I wait until the crowds go down...and... to see the pattern of what trainers are hot...the same for the jockeys...sometimes I drive, and, others by the train...BTW, a terrific venue...

Sunday we have the Tim McGraw/Faith Hill concert over at the Sports Arena (now the Valley View)...I can't remember where I have our seats...got them almost a year ago...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed...
