The Times They Are A Changin'

You know, I am not so sure about that...'The times they are a changin'...guess so, as we embark on a definite change of regimes...not too subtle, either...will it affect the 'average' person?...hey, just what is that?...the 'average' person?...as I gaze into my Mighty Carnac crystal ball, I see confusion ahead...lots of it...will the mass deportation of immigrants CHANGE the way we live and buy?...you KNOW what I am referring to...yup, the crystal ball says YES...this, is going to be the biggest change we shall see...hang on to your portfolio, kids...I know...I know...4 years can be a very loooong time...

The Army/Navy game...was a beaut...the Midshipmen were the aggressors, from the get go...stifled the vaunted ground game of the Cadets...+, Army had no answer for catching up with Navy's QB...who seemingly ran free the whole afternoon...whoever was the target man, got handled...just a great show, tho...

The Heisman Award went to the kid from Colorado...Travis Hunter...a two way player, that is such a rare gem in the collegiates nowadays...deserved?...I think so, as the other 4, were too...great players...one must be reminded it has nothing to do with how they will fare in the NFL...it is what they did while in college...and yes, you know my problem with the name of the award in the 1st place...this Heisman guy, when coaching, ran it up on a feeble team....to the ghastly score of 100 points...surely, there are better blokes out there that the award should be named for...er, after...

In the NBA cup...the foolish mid-season T...the finalists are the Bucks and the Thunder...hmmm, Milwaukee has the best hooper in the game, Giannis Antetokounmpo...ah, just try spelling this name from memory...right...and OKC has the best 1-1 guy, in Shai Gilgeous-Alexander...and the best D...so, I favor the old Supersonics...
