It's a mad mad world...mad mad mad...one...as the Dictator from Syria has been disposed of...fled to Moscow...as the Middle East continues it's continued change...odd reports that we are bombing part of that country, even after the coup...what the?...listen, I have studied the area...but, am always at a loss to understand....faith based leadership is not only beyond the American way, but makes no sense to me...

Another barn burner...as the Ducks finished the regular season + the Big 18 Champ game...UNDEFEATED!...the only D-1 team in the nation to do so...off we go to the playoffs...the CFB, er, BSBCS has us seeded #1 and have a 1st round bye...then, play in the Rose Bowl vs the winner of Tennessee and Ohio St...a rematch?...some are complaining that the bracket is tuff...hey all the teams left are so...the best will win it all...right?...regardless of who you play...and when...

BTW, the fact that Bama and Miami did NOT make the 12 team playoff, is fine with me...not too sure about SMU tho...or, ASU, for that matter...there are debates to be had...for sure...make this simple...just ask the committee...

Montecito...the land of the affluent...and the amount of botox that I could see...well, it was quite evident...+ loads of French restaurants...but, I don't think I saw one frenchman....great to see the kids and help with the Xmas festivities...however, from now on...we travel via Cosmo...he misses us...

The Prez elect is everywhere...glad handing as many people he can...fine...but, either he has a huge body armor on, or he has increased his girth...like immensely...just an observation...Melania, tell the orange about Ozempic...

We are on our way back right now...via Amtrak...packed in like sardines...in the biz class, mind you...there is a problem...some ladies (2) are sitting in a 4 spot...refuse to move...fun stuff...

Good morning all, from the great state of Oregon...this whole trip is about FRIENDS!...meeting up with peops we have been with over our years in the PNW...and for Boss's reunion....the opening act was a combo party of the two at this pad, a bar, called Johnny's...simply said, it was fun... The stories were there, the faces remained the same...and it tickled moi, that so many FRIENDS showed up...unfortunately, I did not get enough time to talk to all, please forgive me...when you go back some 60 years, my memory does fade a tad...well, and so does their's...ha ha...believe me, it was worth the trip... Boss was one of the belles of the ball...yes, she still looks great...you know that....well, the rest of her class did not know that, until last eve...she was flitting (flirting) about so...which made me smile...and that is only the beginning of it...the REAL reunion is tonight...one of my FRIENDS reminded me that is the gals reunion...which I think is most reunions...it is for...

When the thesaurus ran it's new version...it highlighted the word 'oration'...and there it was ... President Barack Obama...and then there is more..... see...Michelle Obama ...these two have the fundamental prowess of giving speeches...at the right time...at the right place... No better example of this, than last night at the DNC...each were marvelous...of course ...it's what people, special people, like these two...do...carry a message across the Nation...that we all can not only understand, but agree with... For seemingly years, the Horse has said...that if Michelle O wanted to be in the White House, AGAIN...this time as the President, and not the wife...she could ...however, for right now...she is supporting the right choice...for this time of the history of our country....
