H-1B Visas


Here we go...the new regime is going to exit all the illegals out of the country...so they have promised...and then this...according to acting VP-elect Elon Musk and his right hand man, Hootenanny...there is some people that we need in the country...ah, illegals that will help us...you see, the dynamic duo have expressed the concern...that the US doesn't develop enough techies...to float our boat...other countries (India and China) do...thus we need them...yes, illegals...via a thing called a H-1B Visa...let them in, and the others, ah, they go...how many, just as a guess, Horse?...well, 'they' say it is capped at 65,000...with a wiggle room of 20 grand more...the catch is that they must have a guaranteed job in line...so all the tech companies, ie, this government...will interview the illegals...and then they get the H-1B Visa...and yes, your guy trump is buying into it...'trust the musk' is the new trump motto...should be on the new caps 'TTM'...and so it goes...

Another passenger airline goes down...at landing...in South Korea...all but 2 died...almost 200 did...what is going on?...and news from the battle lines in Ukraine...the North Korea soldiers are said to be fodder for the war...their soldiers dying in record numbers...as 'helpers' to Russia...don't like any of this...

8, count 'em EIGHT bowl games yesterday...the star QB from Miami QUIT at half time of their game...and the Hurricane lost...weird...and the neon Deon crew, ie the Heisman winner...got crushed by BYU...hype over just above average players...the same as last season, when Sanders brought his crew to Autzen, and got absolutely pummeled...the ACC is now 1-11 in bowl games?...

The NFL trifecta...Chargers rambled into New England, and won easily 40-7...Herbert and Co are in the playoffs...the 2nd game, in a really really good one...the Bengals survived at home vs the Broncos...in OT...each of those teams have a chance for the playoffs next week...in the final regular season set of games...did not see the finality, as the Rams beat the Cards...

Just a thought...why are there so many fights in these bowl games?...like outta control ones...it's like since the portal, the team concept is gone...it is all about what is good for myself?...when players come in for one year and go to another place the next...the idea of camaraderie is abandoned...especially when NO ONE goes to class...well, some must , right?...

Yup, it IS Sunday...got this day...you guessed it...it is Monster Sudoku time!

Pack at Vikings for the best game of the day...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
