Ah, no....there is just one wannabe...

Good morning all...as we muster up enough energy to hit the super today....to get said supplies for our Thanksgiving meal...as we host the most wonderful amigos from the Home...them crazy Mackles...we were the couples who moved in, about at the same time here...now, I don't recall how long ago that was...but, it was a spell...decade +...

Let's see...turkey, taters (my world famous au gratins), green bean casserole, stuffing, aw, come on...you know the drill there is more...but, I can't think of 'em....we already got some fine wine for the din din...gonna try the turkey that you bake from frozen...did so with the breast before, and it was purrfect...I think the brand is Butterball...great name...should really be Butterbird...Boss just told me, they are sold out of them...my gosh...

Your new king to be...has said he is gonna tariff Canada, China, and Mexico...to stop the flow of drugs entering in the country...his day 1 proclamation...and?...can't just be the drugs...how to make friends and enemies with our neighbors...

No dawg in the fray...but, one team got a huge advantage with some mighty sketchy calls from the lead official in last nite's Harbaugh game...offensive holding...after some big plays...weird or on the take?...as that could be called on most every single play...as the benefactor of the calls, won easily...as it turned out...don't never, ever bet on the NFL...

DWTS...in the past, I lurved it...but, got so tired of the ridiculous judges comments...well, the Horse doesn't follow it anymore...it's the finals tonight?...I think so...JCC...

We are watching Netflix's 'The Diplomat'...and wondering how true to life this story brings us?...then, thinking about who is going to be representing us in the next quadrant...ew, egads, it could be worse than this fiction...

How about this...when I was putting yesterday...some times my putter would clink...and the ball seemed dead...other times, not so...after the round took it to the master club man...and he rattle it about...apparently the shaft is busted...and that's why it did what it did...he's on a mission to fix the bloody thang...and, there is no fixing me...

All the charges are to be dropped...the king got away with it all...how about that, for American justice?...let that be a lesson to you all, kids...do whatever you want illegally...ANYTHING, and here's the catch all...run for Prez and win...and you are free as a bird...er, as a turkey...didn't the faith people say, in time, you shall be meeting your master....er, maker?...he shall see...

UConn hoops coach...the guys one...some times it you find it is time to take a break...the refs get to you...and you lose it...it happens...take a year off, if not more...the will to win, takes over common sense...witness the bloke in Maui...oh my...been there...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
