Two Weeks

The trend is to...VOTE!...many have already done so...make sure YOU do, too...we have but 14 days left until E Day...2 weeks...get your stuff together....study, and mark appropriately...YOU can do this...the country is dependent on how you check off the ballot...

Only 9 days away is the goblin filled day...Halloween...are you partying?...you have trick or treaters in your hood?...I can recall from my very young days, Mrs Brush having special treats for us in a bag already done up...like 5 real big candy bars...she was sweet...she was also the lady who rescued me from drowning in our pool (more of a fish pond)...when I was 2....I can still see the water above me...and someone pulling me out...isn't that a weird recall?...

We have in this state, Cali...a most ridiculous thing to raise money for the 'good of all'...every 2 years we have to take our older cars in for a smog test...yes, there are countless companies out there that do JUST that...I dunno, what it costs, it is what it is...$70?...have to pass it, to get the car license approved...yes, so that is what I am doing this am...the 2004 Lexus, which is still a gem...then giving it a bath...sounds like a huge morning to me...

The beginning of WAR...the book...thus far, not so much new...but the issue of pulling out of Afghanistan, is front and center...and the dealings with trump's bud, Putin...have the mind set that these 2 were similar to Diddy and Bieber...I digress...both the USSR (then) and the US, faltered in that country...why were we in there exactly?...thru 4 presidential terms...we leave, and the Taliban regain their stronghold on it...gonna bet, this is not a vacational spot for any woman...for any American, period...or Russian...

'Your Honor'...I keep reminding you to get into this...Netflix...we are in season 2, and it is simply riveting...

As we were having our night cap last eve...the tunes were all Johnny Rivers...perhaps, the most under-appreciated singer of the 60-80's...my fav?...'Poor Side of Town'...BTW, he is like 81 and still living...but, no longer performing...

How long will this Lynx coach carry on with her crying over the inept refs?...it's been a season of questionable whistling...this is the lady who was the American Olympics coach...who selfishly negated the BEST guard in the league from playing with the team...CC...Caitlyn Clark...I have no respect for this coach...none...

Pumpkins...pumpkin spice latte...pumpkin bread...pumpkin seeds...pumpkin pie...pumpkin cheesecake...pumpkin pancakes...pumpkin donuts...pumpkin soup...and then I just ruin the whole trend...doesn't donny look like a pumpkin face?...albeit, scary...

Do you remember when...the PGA tour was loaded with future stars Jordan Spieth, Justin Thomas, Rickie Fowler, Kiz...and then....what happened to these guys?...Kiz?....well he was a bud...

Hey the price of golf...my playing partner G, bought some new clubs...a driver and 3 wood...the cost?...over $1,000 bucks for the two....ah, what?...now THAT'S a racket...there goes the Vegas Vacay...

Not sure if this applies to anyone we know...but, McDonald's is reporting that there is money missing from the til...along with an unaccounted for, 12 Big Macs...

Bozo is proud of his kids...who isn't?...in as much, as he boasted his daughter, Tiffany, graduated number 1 from her class at Georgetown Law...thing is, the school doesn't rank their graduates...so, I guess one could say, they are ALL number 1...

Go on...get out there...or mail in...your VOTE!...assume nothing...

Good morning all, from the great state of Oregon...this whole trip is about FRIENDS!...meeting up with peops we have been with over our years in the PNW...and for Boss's reunion....the opening act was a combo party of the two at this pad, a bar, called Johnny's...simply said, it was fun... The stories were there, the faces remained the same...and it tickled moi, that so many FRIENDS showed up...unfortunately, I did not get enough time to talk to all, please forgive me...when you go back some 60 years, my memory does fade a tad...well, and so does their's...ha ha...believe me, it was worth the trip... Boss was one of the belles of the ball...yes, she still looks great...you know that....well, the rest of her class did not know that, until last eve...she was flitting (flirting) about so...which made me smile...and that is only the beginning of it...the REAL reunion is tonight...one of my FRIENDS reminded me that is the gals reunion...which I think is most reunions...it is for...

When the thesaurus ran it's new version...it highlighted the word 'oration'...and there it was ... President Barack Obama...and then there is more..... see...Michelle Obama ...these two have the fundamental prowess of giving speeches...at the right time...at the right place... No better example of this, than last night at the DNC...each were marvelous...of course ...it's what people, special people, like these two...do...carry a message across the Nation...that we all can not only understand, but agree with... For seemingly years, the Horse has said...that if Michelle O wanted to be in the White House, AGAIN...this time as the President, and not the wife...she could ...however, for right now...she is supporting the right choice...for this time of the history of our country....
