Delilah


In our never ending quest, to see singers...concerts...people that we have yet to hear...we are to go on out to SDSU, at an open air venue mind you, for the one and only Tom Jones...yes, he is in his 80's...and we have no idea what shape the performer will be in...he has a multitude of them hits...can he still belt them out?...to be determined...one of those is a song titled 'Delilah'...in all of my days of living, breathing, teaching...to the best of my recollection, I have never known a real Delilah...not one...of course, I have never known one that was called Pussycat, either...'What's New, Pussycat?'...another of his hits...I guess this cat has treaded in much different circles than the Horse...

You may surmise, that because of this concert, I am going to miss the playing of game 1...Friars vs Bums...yes indeed...will tape it...but, man, it's just not the same...I am sure I will check scores on my phone throughout the nite...negate all the shaded part...The games is Saturday, you foo...one more thing...the bloody show starts at 8 pm...!!!...if that old dude can perform at 8, we can watch him that late...too...ah, yup, one more thing...it is an Uber/Lyft evening...

Israel...when they have been setting their sites on Lebanon...just after Gaza...do they have the strength and military prowess to attack Iran, too?...it's a macabre, and morose item on their docket...

I believe, I think, I may have this right....but the gang is finally all back together...the band...at the Singing Hills...our star hacker, Gary, has returned...I believe, I think, I may have this right...back to a fearsome foursome...

Today is also game day...er, game nite...and you got that right...I will miss the live version of this...Mich St at the Ducks...there is this one pundit on ESPN...he is a former QB of the Tide...when they were crappy...that always, picks against Oregon...and calls this game his possible upset of the week...he doesn't like the Ducks...never has, and never will...McIlroy?...something like that...he must be a MAGA...

Ya think trump isn't squirming all over his king sized chair?...with all the innuendos that were listed in that 165 page crucification of him about his involvement in the attempted coup and fishing for votes...?...wonder why Pence is not on the ticket this time, and JD is?...hey, Bozo, you lost...and should be in the slammer...tarred and feathered, and run out on a log...'Oh Brother, Where Art Thou?'...

Listen kids...you must find 'Your Honor' on Netflix...so intense and we are still in season 1...you can't figure where this is going...trust the Horse on this one...

Is it too early to put up the Xmas lights and tree?...

The numbers of deaths...in the Helene storm....over 230!...tell me, trump, is there global warming?...

Counting the calories...egads, did you see where Mickey D's now has a Chicken Big Mac?...I dunno kids, but it looks gross...imaging in real life, how it looks...

The Horse has wore his cowboy hat once...at the Alabama concert...once...it's a beaut...bought at a roadside stand...and am saving it for the next hee haw event...nuttin like an injun with a cowboy hat on...nuttin like it...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed...
