Morning, kids...this is the blood test day...er, morning...a must do,  as we continue to monitor our delicate bods...we are not spring chickens...ha ha...well, not so funny...then we go out and have a scrumptious breakfast...it's our thing...call it a ritual...

Yes, we did watch the CNN Town Hall last eve...that was supposed to have both candidates on it...of course, trump was a no show...in his continued avoidance of being embarrassed by VP Kamala Harris...he can throw daggers from afar, but not in the same room...Yes, she showed...a one candidate affair...she was remarkable...said the right things...in the aftermath, the pundits were split on her appearance...good lord, they wanted perfection...get a life...imagine their interpretation if donny actually was there...with all his ignorance... 

To keep spreading info on their papers and websites...the scribes are listing anything they can...they all want to have a poll...the want and need readers and buyers of their stuff...I am telling you nothing new...I like it, cuz I get 23 different angles to the same thing...some make sense, some are just plain radical...

OK, one thing I find real curious...even you MAGAs can voice your opinion on this...I think trump is preparing to lose...and he is trying to find ways around it...having republican poll watchers...do the Demos do that?...already questioning the machines that tabulate...do the Demos do that?...try to infuriate his forevers, if they don't win, to revolt....like they did on Jan 6...do the Demos do that?...try to instill intimidation if he were to win...he will round up all illegals...he will incarcerate all scribes who were against him in the election...do the Demos offer that?...he will fire all generals, admirals, and replace them with the ones that acted like they were aficionados to Hitler...does he realize they tried to kill him?...yes, in the end...he was destroyed...ah, who am I referring to?...

The NBA is all up and running...81 games to go...watched the Blazers/Warriors one...egads, PDX is terrible...again...not so sure about Golden St...they scored a lot, but, man, that was against Portland...

The World Series finally gets going tomorrow in LaLa Land...should be a goodun...pulling for the Bloody Bums...in a nutshell, JCC...but, will watch the spectacle...so Lindsey, you and your son in law, are head to head, right?...

College football...tomorrow, Boise St at UNLV...this used to be a given...it is now very interesting...then, on Saturday...the Ducks host the Illini...Notre Dame at Navy...the Dawgs at Indiana...Mizzou at 'Bama...Texas at Vandy...FSU at Miami...LSU at Texas A&M...the games of note...

Food for thought...Alaska Air is offering great rates, if you book today...and then travel in Jan or Feb of next year...we shall look into it...

Have you heard of this term?...ROMEO?...it is a group of old codgers, who meet and have breakfast....'real old men eating out'...love it...Snooki...

On this line...what does it mean, that Shari's and Denny's are closing up their restaurants?...where would the ROMEO's go?...

Try this on for humility...I, the Horse, missed 9 putts inside of 10 feet in yesterday's round...NINE!...9...that's half the holes...the boyz were laughing...the ringers, were startling...'well, you caught a piece of the hole, again'...and then this 'oh no, not again'...as I stared at the ball...outside of the hole...yes, my good readers, I am going to change putters, but NOT, the puttee...

Good morning all, from the great state of Oregon...this whole trip is about FRIENDS!...meeting up with peops we have been with over our years in the PNW...and for Boss's reunion....the opening act was a combo party of the two at this pad, a bar, called Johnny's...simply said, it was fun... The stories were there, the faces remained the same...and it tickled moi, that so many FRIENDS showed up...unfortunately, I did not get enough time to talk to all, please forgive me...when you go back some 60 years, my memory does fade a tad...well, and so does their's...ha ha...believe me, it was worth the trip... Boss was one of the belles of the ball...yes, she still looks great...you know that....well, the rest of her class did not know that, until last eve...she was flitting (flirting) about so...which made me smile...and that is only the beginning of it...the REAL reunion is tonight...one of my FRIENDS reminded me that is the gals reunion...which I think is most reunions...it is for...

When the thesaurus ran it's new version...it highlighted the word 'oration'...and there it was ... President Barack Obama...and then there is more..... see...Michelle Obama ...these two have the fundamental prowess of giving speeches...at the right time...at the right place... No better example of this, than last night at the DNC...each were marvelous...of course ...it's what people, special people, like these two...do...carry a message across the Nation...that we all can not only understand, but agree with... For seemingly years, the Horse has said...that if Michelle O wanted to be in the White House, AGAIN...this time as the President, and not the wife...she could ...however, for right now...she is supporting the right choice...for this time of the history of our country....
