Morning, kids...I am here, cuz it's just too bloody hot to play golf in 103* heat...so, you get my wisdom after all this am...the word of the day, is PREPARATION!...as this is the night before the probable only debate between VP Kamala Harris and trump...ha ha, even in that intro, you know where I am going with this...you MAGAs turn away...

Huddling up, with their team of debate influencers...both candidates are being prepped on what to say, how to say it, and the cool way to dodge the uppercuts...more important, is that if they can say a PHRASE that will resonate with the millions of people watching...

The way that trump has worked with his cabinet, or, the way he didn't...makes me wonder if any session of 'experts' can tell him anything...'that he doesn't already know'...he will try his best at bluffing...intimidating...and lying...his trademark for the past, what is it, ten years?...he will undoubtedly please his forevers...BUT, that's not who he needs...it's the middle...

The Democrats...their strategy will be to take the offensive....I would think...pin the convicted bloke on all his lies...you can not not bring this up...the public needs to hear it...often...and watch the orange squirm and lose it...then, power in with the necessary steps, to show the world, how civility rules...get him riled up and then attack...and let the Bozo talk on...

And then, we shall see...

I used the song 'The Night Before' as my headline for today...knowing full well, I did that years back...it's the song by the Beatles...

The way I watch the NFL, is through the Red Zone...TG, as I can't stand the 'color analysts' on the broadcasts...none worse than Tony Romo...who drones on and on...my way, is to watch them all...it's way cool...and I recommend it, if you are like me...ah, is anyone like me?...

We had to go to Costco yesterday...thought that it would be smart, to go before it got TOO hot...well, we weren't the only ones thinking like that...it was slammed!....and sure, on our way back home, it hit 100* on the car temp gauge...c'mon Mother Nature, this is San Diego...

The Ducks, still unbeaten, mind you, are on a free fall in the AP Poll...from 3rd to 7th, now 9th...UO has to score 72 like UNLV...

OK, enough is enough...the number one vid on the web net...is Taylor Swift and her latest beau...dancing and prancing about...this time at the tennis thang...NO MORE!...it's like they know all cameras are on them...putting on a show...stop...STOP!...

Harbaugh and his Chargers...and UO Alum QB Justin Herbert...won their first game...and Harbaugh's old team at Michigan, they lost...BTW, who was that dude with the cowboy hat, at the Michigan/Texas game...is he someone special?...struttin' around like he owned the Longhorns...

The west continues on...we lost yesterday...and now, travel up to the PNW to take on the Mariners...need wins, men...

Just noticed that right behind the Ducks in the poll...is the former HC of UO, his new team...Mario Cristobal's UM...Miami...very interesting...

I know they are rabid fans...but, can you imagine wearing a cheese head all game long?...like to it, and back?...it's almost like wearing a MAGA cap...well, not as bad as that...

Maybe he is in the think tank with the trump...

Good morning all, from the great state of Oregon...this whole trip is about FRIENDS!...meeting up with peops we have been with over our years in the PNW...and for Boss's reunion....the opening act was a combo party of the two at this pad, a bar, called Johnny's...simply said, it was fun... The stories were there, the faces remained the same...and it tickled moi, that so many FRIENDS showed up...unfortunately, I did not get enough time to talk to all, please forgive me...when you go back some 60 years, my memory does fade a tad...well, and so does their's...ha ha...believe me, it was worth the trip... Boss was one of the belles of the ball...yes, she still looks great...you know that....well, the rest of her class did not know that, until last eve...she was flitting (flirting) about so...which made me smile...and that is only the beginning of it...the REAL reunion is tonight...one of my FRIENDS reminded me that is the gals reunion...which I think is most reunions...it is for...

When the thesaurus ran it's new version...it highlighted the word 'oration'...and there it was ... President Barack Obama...and then there is more..... see...Michelle Obama ...these two have the fundamental prowess of giving speeches...at the right time...at the right place... No better example of this, than last night at the DNC...each were marvelous...of course ...it's what people, special people, like these two...do...carry a message across the Nation...that we all can not only understand, but agree with... For seemingly years, the Horse has said...that if Michelle O wanted to be in the White House, AGAIN...this time as the President, and not the wife...she could ...however, for right now...she is supporting the right choice...for this time of the history of our country....
