Pay to Play


The money making caper...if you are a football program in need of cold, hard, CASH...you probably will sell your soul to get it...like agree to play a substantiated power house university...for the money...and at the same time, get your tails beat...usually badly...humiliated...in their humongous arena, filled with rabid, hostile, fans...as they are awaiting the slaughter...these BIG time schools, need their patsies...to fill up their winning schedule with 'sure things'...ah, they paid for it...

So...Notre Dame...one of them rich, fat, cats...paid $1.4 million out to Northern Illinois for the pleasure of pouncing them...got the pix?...except, yesterday...an odd thing happened...not only did NI take the moolah, but the WIN, too!...the best laid plans, went afoul for the mighty Irish...

Up north, the Ducks met their match again...Boise St, whom they have never beaten over the years...it's true...and by half, it looked like the trend was continuing...BSU had their number...however, in a most bizarre 2nd half of whatever went on...mistakes, fumbles, lousy play calling...by both teams...somehow, it came down to the former Beav, now PK for UO, to kick the difference in the game...he did, and the Ducks are now ridden of the Boise curse, and, are 2-0...lawdy, there is a lot to improve upon...the next opponent?...the PK's former squad...Oreg St, in Corvallis...the beauty of football, you have a full week to get things right...IF CORRECTIBLE....

Some 'upsets' I suppose...Texas beat the defending champ, Michigan, in the 'Go Blue' stadium...Nebraska got off the snide, and whupped Neon Deon's Buffs....ha ha, too bad...Iowa St beat Iowa on a PK...UNLV scored 72!...over Utah St...what?...Illinois beat Kansas...didn't everyone at one time?...not that long ago...

So, the Boss and I were getting ready to head on over to the Shell for a concert...nice seats...up front with a table...the ritzy ones...she had a dress on, and I was about to get my good jeans ready...THEN, I stared at the tix...the show is for September 21!!! not the 7th....what a foo...and we are gonna be on the road...with Cosmo...egads...how stupid am I?...don't answer that, especially you MAGAs...so, I am now...selling them for what I paid....$104 apiece...these are the only table seats available to buy, kids...primo...if interested, give me a notice...BTW, it's the Fleetwood Mac cover band, singing the album 'Rumours'...

This is just cherry...red hot...some wisdom of your guy, trump...as he continues to blubber on...and babble, too...he is going to incarcerate all the opponents, if he is elected...much like what that guy did in Germany in the 1930's...not only that, he was ranting about some ladies who he was accused of fondling...telling how he would never, and if he did, they weren't his type?...what?...and what was he referring to?...wooah, Melania must love all this stuff about other women...keep right on a talking, Bozo...

There is one thing that trump and I have in common....a trait I let emerge into me brain, from my Uncle Irving...giving nicknames...to people I lurve...well, peops, I hang with...on the other hand, Bozo just names his adversaries...all of them...thus, we are sort of alike, but in a complete opposite direction...

Anyhoo, I was informed that another person has adapted this trait...and has given my good name out to her sordid gal golf friends...to say, upon them hitting a miscue...MY NAME!...listen, I shall get even...this is pure blasphemy...correct, in lieu of saying a swear word, MY NAME is then used as yet another CUSS word...can't they use trump?...it's just not right, I tell ya...not right...

The B team was playing for the Friars last nite...Merrill is sidelined for a bit, due to a slight muscle pull...Jr was given the night off...and we muddled about for a 6-3 loss...figure it out, brass...every game is needed...not a bloody nite off game...

I was in need of a summer cut...to me hairs...so, my highly unheralded tonsorial artist, MShe, did her thang...I said that do whatever, but you are the one that has to look at the results...to put it bluntly, the Horse has no hair now...none...gone...

Now, I am not just judging...but, when the season is going on in the NFL, don't the guys kind of hang together and prepare for the next game?...KC's TE Kelce, is all over NY, with his GF, Ms Swift...he spends more time prepping with her, than his team, right?...whatever...didn't Johnny Football try that trick too?...how'd that work out for him?...

YOU are a true MAGA if you own trump basketball shoes, a trump Bible, trump trading cards, trump flag, trump cap, trump yard sign, trump coffee mug, trump bumper sticker, and trump toilet paper...if you don't, you are a fake MAGA...and not to be trusted, and are in jeopardy of getting incarcerated if trump wins the election...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed...
