So Definitely Rad

As we finalize our Friends Tour...thanks to all of our FRIENDS that met up with us...I can't express in words the gratification that we have for you all...Salem, Reunion folk, Lincoln City, and Bend...just terrific...and yes, the Snookis and Gahrs, for housing the Boss and Horse...we did not drive up Cosmo, who is mighty ticked off at us...

Next year, if we still have him...we may drive this way, he will be the vehicle...?...the last day...the gals are hitting the water, via an inter tube...on the real Mirror Pond...as the boys have a breakfast...

Oh yea, the diet...ah, what diet?...I will be very interested to step up on the scale...to see how much poundage back...I regained...boo...you'd think we would have been better...but, dang, it all started with the Padington Pizza...oh well, it is what it is...and we shall return to normalcy...

The MLB west....man, it will take on a new meaning...as the Bums and DBacks play each other for a set...something's got to give...for craziness, compare the salaries of the 2 teams...going by this only, the Bums are the big time favorite...'the best team that money can buy'...

College football...we watched the Colorado Buffs hang on to beat...ah, N Dakota St...Neon Deon the most over-rated coach in the ranks...Ducks play Idaho tomorrow....wonder if we have it on the pixels back home...

I'm listening to Larry the Grayhound and the Boss....argue the politics...egads, talk about a stalemate...there is a song for this...by Tom Petty...'Don't Back Down'...

The Horse says this...no man should ever dictate what a woman can do...where is our equality?...well, except when I tell Boss what to do....ah, just kidding...

One more thing...playing golf at Bend CC...just a beautiful track...the greens were like a 12...really...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
