Oly Gold




Can still recall the waitress of a Chinese Restaurant, asking Boss "you want more Oly Gold, Marsha?"...which made me think, when on earth did she ever go in there, without me?...she has never ever ordered that when I was accompanying her...hmmm...shoot, she doesn't even drink beer...at least, that's what I thought...

Well, actually I am referring to the Gold that the guy's hoops earned...against the home country of the Olympics...France...who are extremely near the top...I missed the 1st half, dueling the masses in Costco...must tell you, I have never seen the amount of people there, ever...and there were things that were about out...like the Big Chicken, that was...just had to be a banner day for the store...

Back to the hoops...I kept screaming at the pixels, "Get the rock out of LeBron's hands!"...he is a legend, but also, not a legendary closer...and if the ball is in his hands, everything stops...no motion...and it was prime time...so, who stepped up?...Steph Curry...burying 3 ball after 3 ball...ie, the clincher, while James was begging for it..."I'm open!"...there is a reason for that...ha ha...nevertheless, a terrific win and the Oly Gold is the USA's...one more thing...my stock in Kev Booker has gone way up...had no idea he was this good...

This am the gals hoops go at it, for their Gold...against that team from France, too...their home court...we (the gals) are still ahead of basketball, worldwide, in the World...in the guys, things are getting way too equal...

Ladies USA Soccer won the Gold...did not see any of this, as that sport is hard for moi to watch....not enough scoring for this very old basketball coach...this is the last day of the Olympics, right?...

Wowser, the heart beat of the Friars...has to be off the charts...down 7-3, and came back (again) to win in OT...yes, and the Bums and DBacks, both won, too...still 2 1/2 back...who's scoreboard watching?...

One of my all time fav PGA stars...Chi Chi Rodriguez, passed...in his 80's...he was a character...

Your guy, trump, has resorted to name calling...the sign of frustration...it will get worse...as he plummets down the polls...keep talking, Bozo, keep talking...

We are watching this bizarre series on Netflix...I kid you not...it will make you belly laugh...if you can stomach the language...'Loudermilk'...starring Ron Livingston...he was on 'Band of Brothers'...and a love interest of Carries on 'Sex in the City'...enough to tell you, it is (g)utterly funny...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
