Morning, children...as the day opens up...it is overcast this am, but the sun will shine...on all of us today...as I consistently try to tell you....hmmm, isn't that a mega blooper?...consistency try...well, I am saying that one should always try to look on the bright side of thangs...it's too easy to be negative...and, why would you want to wallow in the down trodden way of life?...find something good, and get on with it...

Them polls...ah ha, now they are showing that VP Kamala Harris is leading trump...yikes, and they will jump some more after this week's Democrat Convention...just happens...speak softly and carry a big stick...info...lots of it...keep flowing the air waves with substantial agenda items...leave the name calling to Bozo...ah ha, there you go again, Horse...another mega blooper...Bozo, and I just said to stop the name calling...you see, I am not running, so I can do it...and makes me smile...

Going to give a hint to trump...'when you are speaking at your revivals...short and sweet is better than the forever rambling 2 and 1/2 hour torture like garble you filibuster out'...even your staunchest MAGAs walk out on you...figure it out, Bozo...on the other hand, keep talking, donny, keep talking...what's with the droopy side of the mouth, anyway?...stroke?...

So, I got me a Harris-Walz cap...and the Boss doesn't want me to wear it...what?...that's why I got it...she's afraid that here at the home, I might muster up an argument with the extremely rich MAGAs that roam the elevators...now, that they are working, it is less likely that I will run into them...well, I just read that back...hardly anyone still works here, as they are all retired and set for life...I, the Horse, still work...you know, golf thrice a week, and almost a daily blog...that is work...

The steady foot stomping of the Friars...as we close in on the Bums...now just 2 back...a convincing 8-3 win in Colorado...and the LA fat cats, lost again to Saint Looey...one more for us in Denver today at noon...and the Bums are trying to not get swept by the Cards...'Foot Stompin' by the Flares...man, that is a great song...you MUST find it and play it...and think of the Padres...

The PGA playoffs...wowser, the Japanese phenom, Hidecki Matsuyama, is rocking the boys...up by 5 going into the final round in Memphis...why isn't that fenom?...he is hot, as he won the Bronze medal, 2 weeks ago in France...at the Olympics...this time, he is looking at Gold...we've never been to Memphis...Nashville, yes...

Gonna finish with this...we realized that we haven't seen the first film of Matt Damon and Ben Affleck...'Good Will Hunting'....also starring the late Robin Williams...a '97 flick that we started last eve...man, it is great...not good, but great...Williams won an Oscar for Best Supporting Actor...and Damon and Affleck won for Writing...

Good morning all, from the great state of Oregon...this whole trip is about FRIENDS!...meeting up with peops we have been with over our years in the PNW...and for Boss's reunion....the opening act was a combo party of the two at this pad, a bar, called Johnny's...simply said, it was fun... The stories were there, the faces remained the same...and it tickled moi, that so many FRIENDS showed up...unfortunately, I did not get enough time to talk to all, please forgive me...when you go back some 60 years, my memory does fade a tad...well, and so does their's...ha ha...believe me, it was worth the trip... Boss was one of the belles of the ball...yes, she still looks great...you know that....well, the rest of her class did not know that, until last eve...she was flitting (flirting) about so...which made me smile...and that is only the beginning of it...the REAL reunion is tonight...one of my FRIENDS reminded me that is the gals reunion...which I think is most reunions...it is for...

When the thesaurus ran it's new version...it highlighted the word 'oration'...and there it was ... President Barack Obama...and then there is more..... see...Michelle Obama ...these two have the fundamental prowess of giving speeches...at the right time...at the right place... No better example of this, than last night at the DNC...each were marvelous...of course ...it's what people, special people, like these two...do...carry a message across the Nation...that we all can not only understand, but agree with... For seemingly years, the Horse has said...that if Michelle O wanted to be in the White House, AGAIN...this time as the President, and not the wife...she could ...however, for right now...she is supporting the right choice...for this time of the history of our country....
