Just got a reminder that we are not in the 'real world' of what's what...as the 'new to us' trend...is to hire INFLUENCERS to inhabit the space of businesses...then they Tik Tok to all their millions of followers of the great place they are at...I suppose that is what made KK famous...it's a newish form of advertising...and really, it meets more people than an advertisement in a newspaper...the long lost form of, well, news...and ads...guess the business is hoping that all the followers of that 'Influencer' is the type that has scratch....got to believe it is a calculated gamble...did you already know this?...

After we got home last eve...we scanned a local pub and eatery...OK, we stopped for a drink...walking, JT, walking...got a call from the owner's wife...what the heck?...the Horse left his wallet there...what's the chance that the establishment had it?...it's my 2nd case of ineptness...Boss is now saying, I am not allowed to carry my wallet...out...anyhoo, back we went to the spot...and the bartender told me, I was cut off (in jest)...well, duh...

Who can figure out the Friars...as the hits just kept on a coming, in a 9-5 romp...over them Brewers...Croney (Jake Cronenworth) had his first 5-5 game ever...BUT, the bad part of the game...Jr got hit by a pitch and was removed...we must have him in our lineup...it's a looooong season...

I am not a hockey fan...but, the Edmonton Oilers were down 3 nil, in the NHL finals...and now...are tied up at 3...good on them...back to Florida for the champ game...nah, still won't watch...

This next week, we have 2 concerts on the agenda...get this, Todd Rundgren, in El Cajon...and then, out at the Del Mar Fair, the best of all, Little Big Town...where I know we have great seats...you may see me shimmy like Prince William did at Taylor Swift's concert in London...as much impact, even more...

Taylor Swift has to be the most popular singer of all time in the WORLD!...hands down...

My 'diet'...stuck at minus 15...good lord...I am doing the right things...but, it is just maintaining this level...

We are hooked on a new Netflix series...'A Man In Full'...as we just finished 'Fool Me Once'...the 'Man' one has some actors you will know...it's a goodun...

Hmmm, no mention of Bozo in this entire Blog today...have a great day, kids...

Good morning all, from the great state of Oregon...this whole trip is about FRIENDS!...meeting up with peops we have been with over our years in the PNW...and for Boss's reunion....the opening act was a combo party of the two at this pad, a bar, called Johnny's...simply said, it was fun... The stories were there, the faces remained the same...and it tickled moi, that so many FRIENDS showed up...unfortunately, I did not get enough time to talk to all, please forgive me...when you go back some 60 years, my memory does fade a tad...well, and so does their's...ha ha...believe me, it was worth the trip... Boss was one of the belles of the ball...yes, she still looks great...you know that....well, the rest of her class did not know that, until last eve...she was flitting (flirting) about so...which made me smile...and that is only the beginning of it...the REAL reunion is tonight...one of my FRIENDS reminded me that is the gals reunion...which I think is most reunions...it is for...

When the thesaurus ran it's new version...it highlighted the word 'oration'...and there it was ... President Barack Obama...and then there is more..... see...Michelle Obama ...these two have the fundamental prowess of giving speeches...at the right time...at the right place... No better example of this, than last night at the DNC...each were marvelous...of course ...it's what people, special people, like these two...do...carry a message across the Nation...that we all can not only understand, but agree with... For seemingly years, the Horse has said...that if Michelle O wanted to be in the White House, AGAIN...this time as the President, and not the wife...she could ...however, for right now...she is supporting the right choice...for this time of the history of our country....
