Pay for Play

The NCAA...has finally caved to the Power 5 Conferences in collegiate sports...as early as 2025, the players will get 'PAY for PLAY'...I guess, just like any other JOB...what about the other conferences throughout the States?...c'mon, for nearly a decade, players have been getting NIL cash...most often unreported...now, this will allow the players to 'SHARE' the profits that the schools get...confused?...yea, me too...so much for a degree...seemingly no different from what one who gets to play for the Green Bay Packers, or playing for the University of Wisconsin, the Badgers...both paid athletes...

Can't imagine recruiting anymore...like getting into a college...knowing that the player will probably leave after one season...for richer prizes elsewhere...this opens the door to so many shenanigans...coaching?...teaching?...cheating?...good luck, if you are still in the business...and I do mean business...

The way off target forevers...got the grace of the orange yesterday in the Bronx...where he gets humbled by the amount of voters against him...said he had thousands show up for his revival...the aerial view, was quite different...but, listen, kids, he says what he wants...and most of it is gibberish...packed full of lies...who knows what he was trying to say, when the talk was about Africans coming into the States...'they have languages we don't know'...we?...Bozo doesn't even know English...he had another beaut, saying that 'Putin, Kim Jung Im, and Xi Jinping are all at the top of their game'....as he is so jealous of their dictatorship...you, donny, are not on top of your game...

The Friars did win 2/3 in Cincy, the last via OT...and come back from the roadie, winning both those series...and now, the Damn Yankees invade the Gaslamp...ie, the dude we traded away, Juan Soto, who is tearing up the American League...we shall be the underdogs....again...

It's golf day...so, you know the drill...see ya mañana...that is Spanish, Bozo...

Good morning all, from the great state of Oregon...this whole trip is about FRIENDS!...meeting up with peops we have been with over our years in the PNW...and for Boss's reunion....the opening act was a combo party of the two at this pad, a bar, called Johnny's...simply said, it was fun... The stories were there, the faces remained the same...and it tickled moi, that so many FRIENDS showed up...unfortunately, I did not get enough time to talk to all, please forgive me...when you go back some 60 years, my memory does fade a tad...well, and so does their's...ha ha...believe me, it was worth the trip... Boss was one of the belles of the ball...yes, she still looks great...you know that....well, the rest of her class did not know that, until last eve...she was flitting (flirting) about so...which made me smile...and that is only the beginning of it...the REAL reunion is tonight...one of my FRIENDS reminded me that is the gals reunion...which I think is most reunions...it is for...

When the thesaurus ran it's new version...it highlighted the word 'oration'...and there it was ... President Barack Obama...and then there is more..... see...Michelle Obama ...these two have the fundamental prowess of giving speeches...at the right time...at the right place... No better example of this, than last night at the DNC...each were marvelous...of course ...it's what people, special people, like these two...do...carry a message across the Nation...that we all can not only understand, but agree with... For seemingly years, the Horse has said...that if Michelle O wanted to be in the White House, AGAIN...this time as the President, and not the wife...she could ...however, for right now...she is supporting the right choice...for this time of the history of our country....
