The Beat Goes On


The beat goes on and on...and on...love the era of Sonny and Cher...as we dance thru the end of April....the NBA playoffs loading us with some intrigue...wondering how the Phoenix Suns can be swept out to sea...are the Minnesota TWolves that good?...maybe...tonight, the Nuggets will depose of the LeBron Lakers...bye bye...and then...they match up with the Wolves...guess I am only watching the west...

We went to the Friars show yesterday, via the good graces of our son...it was the kids day at the park...bounce houses, batting, pitching, painting, coloring...all that grandson Cy Cy took in...sold out game and a madhouse...more of an experience, than watching the Padres lose...again...as we had a wondrous time with them...

The weather people say we are going to warm up...like into the 80's by the end of the week...really?...it has been a weird off season...more rain than ever, since we have been here...about two decades...I will say, we love it in San Diego...and it was a great move for us...

CNN polls have Bozo in the lead?...good lord...have people gone bonkers?...I know, it's who they ask...but, still...the worst excuse for a human in the entire states, and he is in the plus side?...c'mon, Americans, you are better than that...

The perils of coaching in the NBA...not only it is extremely hard to tell a $40 million a year player, to pass the rock...but, the TWolves coach got rammed in the latter part of the game...and went down big time...physically, as he got carried into the locker room...busted knee...

Monday, Monday...here is Cy Cy at the plate...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
