For some odd reason, I was pulling for UConn...probably cuz I thought the Purdue big guy was getting way too much leeway in the paint...certainly not for the coaches...as the Purdue head is all class...and the UC dude, not so much...however, the rest of the cast, was far superior for the Huskies...not even close...a very similar team game, to the ladies South Carolina TEAM...back to back champs, almost unheard of...it was fun to watch the Big Dance...make that dances...

A lot of commotion from the stars of the WNBA...about the emergence next season of Caitlyn Clark...how as a rookie, she is going to get a rude awakening...is that a warning, or they are trying to scare her off...I read one pundit telling her to play one more season in college, get her $20 million, get married to her beau, and ride off into the sunset...or, is that eclipse?...no, don't do that...take on the next level of challenge...which she will...TV will follow whatever she does...and that makes the league more interesting to MORE people...

Speaking of the eclipse...did you see it?...golfer Gary, made a way for us to see the event, via two golf cards...ours in SoCal was about a half eclipse, visible...we did not stare up, via Bozo...13th hole, I think...no, the 14th tee box...this photo is via NASA over the ocean...wowser...


Da Cubbies in town...usually a huge contingent at Petco...the box seat holders seem to always sell their tix to the rabid Chicagoans...must get a good price...and last nite...another tale of woe for the Friars...down 8-0 and flailing....what the heck...a comeback?...not likely...not in this era...wait a minute, Horse...picked up 7 in the 6th...and it was game on...then, Jr hit a 2 run dinger in the 8th...the comeback DID happen...9-8...who'd a thunk...

This is THE week for golf...The Masters...the invitational of all...and Norman's group of LIV blokes are in it...12, I think...they took the money...and then still get to play in a major!...hypocritical to moi...puts an asterisk on it...golf needs a way to solve this dilemma...

Please no more talk about GOAT...it is all nonsense...it's all a guess, and the eras change so much...the comparison just can't be made...stop it...I can almost see GPRN...greatest player right now...

Time to plan for some reunions, right?...I suppose...the ladies seem to get into this more than the bros...I can't ever recall someone telling me 'I can hardly wait to see you again'...nope, never...perhaps, it has to do with something about the Horse...ha ha...anyhoo, we have booked our flights for Boss's...

We got some tix for Todd Rundgren...you recall this sanger?...have no idea what he has been putting out lately...but back in the 70's, he was rad...

Bee-zarre...Sarah Huckabee...Guv of Arkansas...asked for a state of emergency for the eclipse...ah what?...listen Huck-a bee, you might need it for your new coach at Arkansas, CalaparEE...

Just an observation...but when KK cries...nothing moves on her face...except the tears, rolling right off the silicone...

OK, we are leaving for another Cosmo trip...to see the kids...my posts will be spotty...but, I am still standing...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
