32 Hour Work Week?




One of my fav Senators, Bernie Sanders...is throwing out the idea of a 32 hour work week...c'mon Senator,  not all of us are in Congress...most of us have worked like real hours...in my day, you got to be kidding about it...at least 50, often 55, or more...hours...as a teacher and coach...just can't fathom how your proposal works...if nothing else, it is a debate topic...for posterity, I still think he got the short end of the stick, back in the '16 primary as the Demos used the super delegates to demolish his bid for the presidency...forcing Hillary on us...such is politics...

Tomorrow is Saint Paddy's Day...you gots your green ready?...not sure if Boss and I are gonna roam down at the Gaslamp, yet...it's always a site to be behold...oops, sight...well, thinking about it, that could go either way...you a fan of the Guinness?...not me, the Coors Light is sufficient...the luck of the Irish and all that nonsense...I'll drink to that...corned beef...bangers...fish and chips...shepherd's pie...I guess some of that is the Brit's stuff...what do you expect from an Injun, anyway?...

Durn it all, trump didn't get the endorsement from his former VP Pence...he who was singled out to be a victim of the trump coup attack...at least Mike came to his senses, and figured it out...he was the one that trump had pegged as the demon...and in Hotlanta, the judge of the vote tampering case...said either Fanni or her boyfriend had to drop out...but, the case goes on...sorry, donny, you are to be fried...orange in orange...nice...one more...where is Melania?...should be a fun life in that house...

What a bizarre set of tourneys out west...ah, in Vegas...as the also rans, are making a splash at their respective tourneys...Oregon in the last Pac 12 one...and SDSU in the Mountain...both alive and well...and both surprises...cool...did anyone have the Ducks beating Arizona?...the finals of each...UO vs Colorado...and SDSU vs New Mexico...winners are in the Big Dance!...

I have a new name for trump...orange?...naw...donny?...nope...Bozo the Clown?...ah, yes...that fits...

So, the mighty Friars are way over there in South Korea...to start the MLB season...with them Bums...of all places and all teams...I call this goofy...go ahead and have a pre-season game there...but, the real thang?...c'mon...that's why you buy season tix...boo...game is set for next Wednesday, the birthdate of grandson, Cyrus...the Horse will honor both, with a round of golf...

This T in Ponte Verde, DF...(Desantis's Florida)...where, the former Duck, Wyndham Clark, is shining brightly after 36 holes...leading by 4...there is gobs of agua all over that course...with the infamous 17th hole, the island green...plenty of drama, there...so fun to watch...not so much fun to play, I reckon...

Saw this...is this true?...Nevada has over 600 ghost towns...real ghosts?...well, are ghosts real?...or, just towns that are abandoned?...600?...that's a lot...sound like a good answer for Mark, on the Kelly and Mark Show...600?...I dunno, kids...

Hang onto, er, into, your couch...the latest 'Farmer Wants a Wife' episode...threw a doozy at the cowpokes...Jennifer Nettles, well, perhaps the producers....sent a mail to the Boyz...they were to meet up...ah, a casual date...with a new girl...you see, the originals were dropping like flies...and if they liked the gal, could take them back with the present gals at their respective farms...oh, the evil web...you'd think they would have at least one injun...anyhow, it did add spice to the life of them Boyz...

Well, my 32 minutes is up...er, my 32 hours...hmmm, my work week is over...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... I keep asking this...what does Putin have on trump, anyway...it must be a formidable foible... Talk to me, kids... This ploy of the orange...to actually simulate a firing squa...

A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
