SCOTUS 'Ways' In



Our judicial system has been tweaked...as SCOTUS (The Supreme Court of the US) is set to deliberate on the idea of keeping trump off the ballot in Colorado...the court has been altered by trump in his time, squatting at the White House...so, in his view, it is payback time...they shall vote in his behalf...hmmm...this is what I fear...and a probability...which makes the concept of fair and impartial judgments, not so for the body of justice...the timing is at 7 am, our west coast time...if you are a betting person, you know where to place your bet...I'm thinking by the time I finish my day's Blog, there will be a judgment...no kidding...

Pivoting...this is the day of days, for the NBA to have teams trade...their deadline...one thing is to see if the newbie will fit...the other, and the most important, is that if their is cap space monetarily to add the player, or players...with most teams, and or coaches, using the rotation of 8 players max...it doesn't take but one prize trade to alter the team...professional coaches are all like sheep...if one does it, and is successful, they ALL do it...if it were I, the number would be 10...that way, to keep my super stars FRESH all 82 games long...and, of course, for the playoffs...

LVIII Sooper Bowl...is it just me, or are the scribes more into if Taylor Swift makes to the game (from her gig in Tokyo)...or the outcome of the actual game...???...will there be space for her private jet in Vegas?...can her potential mother in law sit with her in the prestigious boxes, if she makes it?...BTW, who is playing Taylor's Chiefs anyway?...

We watched a Quintin T flick last eve...as per usual, a strange collection of tape...'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood'...starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, and Margot Robbie as the leads...interesting as 'Elvis', Austin Butler, was in it, too...as Tex...kinda odd way of thinking of the Chas Manson family...weird, I tell ya...2019 was the time released...about the 1969 era...great music, kids...Quintin does this...

You like the lists?...best of...worst of...nationally this one came out...the best supers in the country...guess who number 1 is?...numbers 2 and 3 are on the east coast...and number 4 is Trader Joes...#5 is Walmart (Sam's Club)...the winner?...Costco, with 85% saying it was, or, is...the best...no argument here...

Which leads me to the worst 5 presidents...ha ha...well, let's just say, number 1 worst is trump...and number 2, is so far down the line, that he isn't even mentioned...99% have trump as the worst...you forevers, you are the 1% who think otherwise...(TIC)...

Back in the day...when I played hoops...there was one shoe, the Converse All Star...white or black...that was it...then came the hard rubber sole of Adidas...thought I had a dream shoe on...NOW?...ten billion types...seems like each hoops star has his own shoe...what does the Horse wear?...right, the slip on, Converse All Star...really...and whatever Skechers puts out...

So you can hear what the SCOTUS has been saying...as the attorneys plead their case...taking longer than I thought...ah, these captions are not mine...just some clever dude...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... I keep asking this...what does Putin have on trump, anyway...it must be a formidable foible... Talk to me, kids... This ploy of the orange...to actually simulate a firing squa...

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
