Winter Wisdom

As we settle into the depths of the so called 'WINTER', referring to the cold, wet, frost delayed days of January...it brings about the need for a hot cup of coffee to start each and every day off...right...with all the weather apps at our disposal, on our cell phone, the need for the weather person on the pixels has been greatly diminished...we ALL have a clue to what is in store for us...in lieu of looking out the window...glancing at the sky, and wondering what's what...

This notion of global warming stirs my innards greatly...as the northerners usually are blanketed with the white stuff by now...as our mountains are, too...however, it is LATE this year...predictable?...as the earth's temp has been rising...not exactly sure what is the solution...but, finally, the east is going to get a snow storm...like in Philly, the first in a year and a half...I just lurve to watch football games, that are played in that condition...on the tele, mind you...just watch it...

The courts...did you see the vid of the attack on a judge in Nevada?...scary stuff...as the prisoner was denied probation...and leaped over the bench at her...Las Vegas...and SCOTUS...somehow, trump can get an  audience with them, as quickly as he wants...over the Colorado State ban on his name on the ballot...bypassing all other 'crucial' cases that they had before them...er, have...

Candy man, of the GOP...Chris Christie....was on the View yesterday...he is a likable guy...well, especially when he disses the orange...and would be an interesting choice for a cabinet member...even when the Demos win the presidency again...

Are you ready for this?...the Golden Bachelor and his pick of the litter...are to be married tonight!...what bat channel is this on?...yup, I will not watch this...

If you are a betting foo of the NFL...stay away from this week's games...as many of the teams are resting their stars for the playoffs...wooah, this sounds like the regular season of the NBA...

NO!...active shooter at an Iowa High School as I write...

The Lakers are floundering...as they are clangers...can't shoot...terrific athletes...but, clangers...and so...the solution?...yup, fire the coach...D Ham is on the hot seat...makes no diff who the boss is, they will still clang...boing!...love it...

I keep saying this...but, I must order 'Consumer Reports' mag...reading so many things that they put out...that interest me...and I may purchase...in the next 2 weeks, I shall order it...

It's a Cosmo trip to see the kids this week...they are healthy, wealthy, and wise...and we need to feed off of their energy...thus, the Horse entries, may be spotty...please understand...
