Happy Festivus!

Bring out the pole...it is time, yet again...to celebrate FESTIVUS!...for the rest of us...head on up to the mic and air all our grievances...and then, prepare, for the fits of strength...this is totally religion free...you ALL can participate...does one lite the pole?...I guess that is up to the host, er, hostess...yes indeedy, it is but another Festivus miracle...thanks to the outlandish minds of Seinfeld, and, Larry David...to create another unforgettable tidbit...

Just as so...the John Grisham book, his latest, 'The Exchange', is another example of clever and intriguing writing that he does...I finished it in two days...one of those, you can't put down...not sure how these guys keep coming up with their ideas...

Last eve, we watched some YouTube stuff...Christmas Vids...music...you know, just to get in the mood...and happened on a vintage one...Frank Sinatra and Bing Crosby...that had as their ads, Bulova Watch and Chesterfield Cigs...as Frank said that was his watch, and what he smokes...OK...as Boss Lady mentioned, 'you know these 2 guys weren't that good looking'...they could sang, tho...

SEVEN bowl games today...I have yet to see a stadium even half full for any of these games...must be the TV money, right?...and then there are 2 NFL games...and the last, a laugher...the Bills at the Chargers...

When do think that Guliani will pop up a 'Go Fund Me' page on X?...wait, he better try, trump's one...dumpster dive...no, Truth Social...truth?...oh my...

This is a good one...trump is asking his 'allies' if Nikki Haley would be a good choice for VP...listen here, buster...she will be the choice of the real Republicans...for Prez...not you, you foo...you will be wearing an ankle chain, wallowing about Mar-a-Lago...ordering Mickey D's from DoorDash...

Never been there...BUT...these shows that have places to sell...in Wales, Ireland, Scotland...are so inviting and charming at the same time...the price is right...what is the down side?...taxes?...weather?...people?...cost of living?...

The weather here...was supposed to be slammed with rain this past week...didn't happen...did we even get a 1/2 inch?...think not...we do a lot of prep work and forecasting...and nuttin...'but we need it'...

Just thinking...WHAM was really good....George Michael was a sterling example of English voices...their rendition and their writing of 'Last Christmas'...was simply terrific...

Dang it all, I just looked under my Festivus pole...no presents there....either...
