Candid Camera



The days of yesteryear...the Allen Funt production of 'Candid Camera'...where, in NY mostly, he would hide a camera and take pix, vids that is, of people doing crazy thangs...well, that seemed to categorize what the 5 candidates for the repub presidency, did last eve....were caught on camera....to be fair, 4 of them were just fine...but, good lord, what is with Hootenanny?...Rammaswammy, or whatever his name is...off his rocker and down right scary...they do need the real wack job with them, too...trump needs to show up and display his oratorical genius...as is, it is more of a jayvee game...BUT...if you repubs take it seriously, pay close attention to what Nikki Haley says...she is gonna be advancing to the varsity...real soon...be aware of the trump ads attacking her, in the next few weeks...

Back to our roots...as the USC/Oregon football looms large on my docket...a Pow Wow with the siblings...a din din with the long lost friends...a date with Padingtons Pizza...and trading jokes, laughter and good times with our hosts the Snookis...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
