100 Years



It's been a century since the House of Reps has done what it did yesterday...fire the Speaker...!!!...and back then, they reinstated him...that was before it could be a her...Kevin McCarthy, got the job, after 15 sessions  of voting...in the first place...making his spot almost temporary...right?...Gaetz and his band of 8 did it...and so now...we have a vacancy and the Congress just stops...as the group wants time to rest...and figure things out...in my book, and it is a loooooong one...this leading side is a mess...when was the last time we, as Americans, have had to look so deep into the lawmakers we have?...for so long...it's because of trump and his  cronies...albeit, in the minority of the larger party...confused?...

The Speaker need not be a member of the House...in itself is a bunch of pooo...however, he or she,  can't be incarcerated...there were blokes who said they wanted trump to be it...egads...nothing would surprise me anymore...as our democracy is being stretched to it's limits...and credibility...I am reading that the MAGA dude, Jim Jordan, is going to run...well, he is going to run for the spot...that's where my $ is on...CHAOS rules once more...

For most of the demos in the House...another day at the office...until the VOTE in 2024...

Your guy trump has got a gag order from the judge in his FRAUD case...let's just see where this goes...as YOU know he will be ungagged...(a word?)...will the judge actually put him in jail?...man, that would be a sight to behold...

For most of my life, I haven't noticed so much stuff in the congressional world as we have now...on a daily basis...who is doing what, where is the next case, and how is the Constitution being hammered now?...

This KKK book that is in my mind...eerily so similar to what is going on now...sorry, kids, it is true...and the bulk of their power was a CENTURY ago, too...100 years...

Am so happy for the DBacks in the MLB playoffs...I can only name 2 of their guys...one was with us, back in time...and they are winning...not sitting, Friar brass...cuz they have lots of PITCHING...starters and in THE PEN!....figure it out, GM AJ Preller...man, he has to go...and he spent $6 million on Matt Carpenter as DH?...right there is grounds for firing...

I am writing, cuz the Horse woke up with a bad, bad, tummy...Boss and I ate the same stuff...but I am the one hurting...how is that?...so, passed on the golf...which means I am worse than you think...

There was a mass shooting at Morgan St U, yesterday...and the coverage was almost nil...ho hum...and that's where we are in the shooting department...ho hum...congrats NRA...you won...

The Kelce fam wants the NFL to stop with the Taylor Swift shots, repeatedly...tread lightly...right...she is the hottest item on earth right now...wherever she goes, whatever she does, and whomever she is with...is either photoed, videoed, or gone live TV...she has hundreds camped out of her NYC condo, waiting for a glimpse of her...good luck with censuring her...

You like the latest fashion trend for the 'it' ladies?...long, oversized, men's dress shirts, which are used as dresses...and most if you in Cali are saying, 'what's a dress shirt?'...

Hated, make that HATED!, the final episode of Suits in season 5...am hoping for a rebound in season 6...just plain dreadful...almost as bad as the final Seinfeld episode...or, the Soprano's last...hate the Drake...

You golf aficionados...you reading about the hate the US team is getting for the loss overseas...er, over the pond?...shoot, kids...we could have chosen 6 others than what Capt Zach chose, and the results would have been the same...they have better dudes right now, that were born in Europe...ah, welcome home, you Euros...you know what I mean...

Ronnie Milsap...remember him?...had a tribute to him last eve in Nashville...Bridgestone Arena...the cast of singers was awesome...man, I hope that it hits the screen so we can see and hear it, too...BTW, have you seen Kelly Clarkson lately?...you will take a 2nd look...this is not chauvinism...she is one of my favs...

Finally, had a heart to heart talk with my FF coach, Barney Fife...stressing that it's not the winning, but losing with class...he promises no more swearing at the guys...in fact, he is going to encourage them to take massages...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
