Unbeknownst to Me



Morning, kids...the Horse is finally coming free of this now...9 day awful cold...yes, I took the Covid test...it was not that...but, whatever the virus was...it got me...non-stop coughing...and lethargy...well, Boss said that part was hard to tell...it is still hanging on, but not as bad...

Out of the blue, was this article that said the FDC released...that all these cold remedies...DON'T WORK!...like placebos...what?...it took them how many years to tell the World?...hmmm, the best remedy is fluids, rest and let the damn virus works it's way out...really?...are they saying Dayquil and Nyquil are bogus?...and the copycats?...there must be something that does...saw this on the tele, and was a solid story through my 23 sources...man...I feel duped...we ALL should...

The book I am reading and used yesterday in my blog...unbeknownst to me...has a film of it coming out October 20th...via Apple + TV...'Killers of the Flower Moon'...black gold on the Osage Rez...in the 20's...like a century ago...headliners are Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert DeNiro...Directed by Martin Scorsese...and also starring a bunch of Injuns...this just has to be a must see...mark it on your calendars...er, put it in your iPhone...whatever you do...

In the shut down part of the Friar season...almost the entire infield is either hurt, or needs rest...two of the starting pitchers are...shut down for the season...it's been a pitiful year...mostly cuz of the hype...BUT, one bright lite...P Blake Snell...who is in the running for the Cy Young Award...MVP of pitchers...dismantled the Bums last eve...and has just been terrific...a 6-1 W...word out, is that we are going to lose him...egads, AJ do something right this time...and sign him on...one of you two, should go...and not Snell...

McCarthy is trying to save his job...and he is running from the likes of Gaetz and MTG...lordy, grow some whatevers...tell them to sit down and shut up...they are trump's pawns...of course, he must be too...imagine if they turn on him...and call for his dismissal...who would step up in that macabre of a mess?...

We are in the countdown phase of if we should go across the country or not...the holdup?...the hurricane Lee...as we are watching the path...it may be headed, right where we are...Boston and Maine...we have used today, Thursday, as our target date...can still cancel, if needed...

You know, it must have been absolute torture for donny...to see his 2 best buds...Putin and Kim Jong meet...and he couldn't be there...

Just a bizarre interview with a SS agent who witnessed the JFK assassination...Paul Landis...and has written a book about his observations...he HAD the pristine bullet in his possession!...saw it on the limousine seat...and put it in his pocket...fearing others may...and then dropped it on the counter in the OR of JFK...and get this...HE WAS NEVER INTERVIEWED BY THE WARREN COMMISSION!...what a hack job, and I don't believe a word of it...well, some...but one guy?...naw...

Speaking of animals...we keep kicking around the notion of getting one...you know, we are gone so much...it seems like not a smart thing...and I am still not over Sammi...need more time...

Wow, just a lot of entries into the 'Best Clam Chowder'...I tell you this much...it's definitely NOT Trader Joe's version...it's what we had yesterday...ewww...run, don't walk...

Gonna close with this...Utah Senator (R) Mitt Romney...will not run for re-election...and said many things in his announcement ...but the one that stayed with me...'that these 2 frontrunners are too old...to govern our nation...we need youth'...not exactly his words, but his sentiment...the Horse tends to agree...

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ...
