Natty Cheeseburger Day

Talk about a more deserving day than this one...National Cheeseburger Day!...the Horse calls it Natty...the one thing that takes me back...none more than this...the wonderful 'cheeseburger'...some say that they make the perfect one...sure, you do...now, I am the guy that likes 'em simple...light sauce, fresh ground beef, a slice of cheese, and lightly grilled buttered buns...yup...all the fixins added on, is a turnoff for moi...I see the ones that are piled high with stuff...nope, not me...as Boss calls me 'Wimpy' for my affection for the delicacy...

I've gone down this road before, talking all the spots to get the CB...but, I see that many of the fast food joints have deals on them today...all good...still say, the best was the Salem, Orygun's Bob's...the simple cheeseburger...in my much simpler days of youth...

Let's get into some refereeing...and the experts that make a decision in New York or Jersey, whatever...was watching the Sunday niter...with no dog in the fight...Pats driving and the Dolphins defending their lead...a play that ended the game...where the runner was tackled dang close to the 1st down spot...on the 4th down...the call on the field was a 1st down...it was 'reviewed' in the 'ref center in New whatever'...and they determined the runner was short...turned the ball over, and so was the game...the explanation was total BS...the ref center rep was using an imaginary line in his deliberation...if there was ever, a play to stand as called on the field, this was the one...the games have too much $ on them...who knows who is in on it...

Did you see the piece on Prime on '60 Minutes' last eve...Deon Sanders, the coach of the Colorado Bulldogs...ha ha, they are the Buffaloes, you dork...he once was called Neon Deon...now, Prime...no bigger egoism in the sport...and he has followers...that believe in his hype...not me...I think he is a self centered puff...how do I really feel?...GO DUCKS!

Earlier in the day, 'Face The Nation' had an interview with trump...oh my...he implicated himself at least thrice...he can't keep his mouth shut...he has no clue...and that baffles me...that so many people still follow the bloke...'ignorance is bliss'...

The US needs help...they lost a fighter jet somewhere in South Carolina...the pilot ejected and 'they' can't find where the plane went...crashed...ocean?...probably...we have so much technology nowadays, and still lose a jet plane...egads...

This UAW fight, is indicative of the country we live in...the CEO's making unfathomable amounts of cash, and the worker bees, making just enough to get by...where is the trickle down, Republicans?...ha ha...

We are so lucky we are not on any plane today, as planned...the Horse is weak and still hacking...flying across the country...another day...

The US is trading people with Iran...5 hostages...man, I am so out of it...did not know there were people there that were incarcerated...wait, we traded for unfreezing $6 billion in oil revenue for Tehran...hmm...I don't understand that...

The Friars have now won 4 in a row...relax, it is a 2 year plan...

Finally, got a call from Coach Barney Fife...he was apologetic (the sunglass gift did not work)...that he did not know that the Rams abruptly shut down our star RB Cam Akers...he would not play...which is devastating for the Horse...the 2nd player we have had shut down, already...in our 38 point blowout loss...he is in contact with GM AJB (bottom) Dweller, on filling his spot...unfortunately , AJB was drunk watching Boebert replays...
