The Elephant NOT in the Room




Without a doubt, the best line in the first debate of the season...was by the moderator, Bret Baier...as he was referring to trump not being there...'we need to address the Elephant NOT in the room'...euphoric blunder, that had much more meaning, than most questions in the nite...OK, it was not the best group...but, these people are sticking their necks out...to be the candidate of the party...I applaud that...

At times, too often, it mostly appeared like a script for Saturday Nite Live Show...or from it...there were some notable moments...a look into the peops who want to land the top spot in the republican side of things...I think there were 5 that had some semblance to garnering more recognition...

The one that stood out over all the others...was Nikki Haley, she from South Carolina...clear vision and was ready to tell her version...and could stand up to donny...then, there was the youngin, Vivik Ramaswamy (hootenanny)...who was brash and totally out of his league...but comes out like a younger trump...which many fellow elephants may like...Chris Christie, just waiting his time to get at donny...did enough to show he belongs with this group...and the two who fell flat...Mike Pence, the praise the lord dude, who made that his plea, and was a boring, laborious talker...egads...finally, the worst...was DeSantis from Florida (DF)...I think he said he would send troops into Mexico....can't imagine how the Gator state stays outta the ocean, with him at the helm...the other 3?...bye bye...

Today trump (the elephant) gets arrested again...this time a mugshot...and weigh in...yesterday is was Rudy...nice pix, dude...this gig keeps a moving along...in Georgia...

Other...

Putin has a way of getting rid of his dissenters...they just vanish...the general who at one time, was his best...was apparently aboard a private jet of 10...on their way to St Pete...Prigozhin...and it crashed...mysteriously...the vid of it, shows the plane coming down...either a planted bomb, or a missile strike did it...the Horse conjecture...in retrospect, he should have just kept marching on to Moscow...right?...

The Friars won the Fish series...now flying to Milwaukee to take on the Brew Crew...many, many moons back...they were my team of choice...Cecil Cooper my fave....Robin Yount...and the best doggone symbol on a cap in the biz...day off for the flight...

Today also starts the finals in the PGA T...in Atlanta, too...sheesh...lots of stuff going on there...no predictions, as there are too many blokes who could win this...

Got some sad news for you Beaver fans...Cal and Stanford are going to go to the ACC...pending a conference vote to let them in...along with SMU...which will leave the 2 PAC all alone...the great west coast conference is now pffft...so what's what?...WSU and OSU?...help me out here, what's going to happen?...

BUT, the college football season starts this weekend...locally, SDSU hosts Ohio...and the entire Navy is at Notre Dame...the word out is...that the Aztecs are more wide open this year...been a long while, for them to be like that...

Not that smart...the Horse...tried in vain to get his contact in yesterday morn...for the golf...would keep popping out...well now...as I was about to call it a night...I could feel something in my eye...I moved around and sure enough...I hadn't taken one out, the nite before...as the Sinatra's sang it 'Something Stupid'...

More of the stupid stuff...heard on the radio, that the one and only, Angelina Jolie, got tats...tattoos...on her middle fingers...c'mon...that had to be hogwash...turns out...it is a truth...in the inside of her middle fingers...no idear what it says, but really?...must be some sort of reminder, when she says hello to her former beau, Brad Pitt...or waves at him...

On that note, I shall break it off for the day...might this be a terrestrial Thursday?...as on this day in 2006, Pluto was declassified (sorry donny) from a planet to a dwarf planet...and could they...possibly, send some beings to contest it?....

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
