Cheerios



The plan is to have some cereal to start the day off, like correctly...'basically', ah don't ever say that to Judge Judy...now I ruined the breakfast...hate Judge Judy...and now I am in a funk...

I'm back...something about the ingredients of Cheerios, that makes the day...so, I went to the super to seek out the stuff...turns out there are like gaggles of kinds of it...too many to choose from...so, the Horse is reading the contents...Regular, Honey Nut, flavor added, and on and on...don't see sugar coated ones...sugar is bad for you...well, too much of it...don't you add sugar to your coffee?...like them mocha, or white mocha ones?...I digress...

Now, I am on a sugar rant...you can't drink regular Coke or Pepsi...too much sugar...and you can't drink Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi...too much fake sugar...aspartame...thus, 'they' want you to drink water...but not tap water...water that comes in the bottles...but, wait, 'they' don't want you to use the bottles, as they are bad for the environment...what's a bloke to do?...

Milk...but, not regular milk, but less butterfat ones...like 2%...or even fat free...put that on your Cheerios...shoot...that's it...I am gonna forget about the cereal and just go for the sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin...wait, can't do that...the cheese...uh oh, here we go again...and don't get me started on the sausage...

I'll just have the pancakes....lite syrup. please...with real butter...crap...can you mix in some Cheerios in that batter?...

Moving on...

Mark Meadows, not only found the dude...but dang if he isn't sitting in the witness chair yesterday in Atlanta...5 hours?...denies everything....what he did, he did cuz of donny told him to...just following orders...who does that?...why would anyone do what trump asks?...that right there is a crime...of stupidity...lock him up...next case?...

The calendar for '24 of trump's court cases...egads, this bloke will be busy...please send $ to his campaign...to stay outta jail...he can't afford all the lawyer fees as it stands...he needs your cash...here, you can have a tee shirt, with his mugshot on it...for a small contribution of $100...

Insomnia...can't sleep...enough...tummy tantrums...and we are outta Tums...what's a guy to do?...warm milk?...2%?...quit that, Horse...

Does coffee help or hinder the sleep?...

Decaff, please...those peoples are like fidgety...more than the regular coffee dudes...right?...

I know this comes from a very small sample size, but are all Larrys, republicans?...Larry plural can't be Larries, can it?...sounds like that may be feministic...and from what I know of all Larries, that would be grounds for an altercation...

More trump news...according to the poll from Emerson College...he dropped SIX points, after skipping the 1st debate...have the Larries changed their minds on him?....OK, sarcasm...

We are about to depart to the kids...and also, a fact finding trip...looking for property...it's the truth...we have a listing appt, upon returning...that is, if the search is successful...yes, via Amtrak again...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ...
