Day 8

As we embarked on the 8th leg of the Cosmo trip...we have stopped along side the road in Malibu, RIGHT on the ocean...remarkable spot...the waves crashing just feet below us...rad...cool...groovy...hip...outrageous!…

Our destination is back to Long Beach...BTW, we had a scrumptious breakfast yesterday in Pismo...sat outside, and smelled the fresh ocean air, while having fresh strawberry waffles, and cinnamon French toast...then, one more nite with the kids...fun, and worth every minute of the trip...

Have you seen what they pulled up from the ocean floor of that mini sub?...those people must have disintegrated into nothing...guess if you are gonna go, it would be fast...

Reading about the demo candy man, RFK, Jr....I dunno kids, something doesn’t seem right....

You can photoshop your bod as much as you can but that voice would drive me crazy....er, crazier...talking KK...most lights shine bright, hers just barely is lit...

Don’t want to talk about the Friars, so I won’t...well, they are leading this am...but, it’s early...

CPIII and the Dubs...such an odd spot...dunno how this works...

I grew up thinking that SCOTUS was always right...not anymore...do we blame trump for this, too?…reckon so...he leaves his awful footprints on too much...

OK, one more nite, and we shall be back home...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
