LOB


There is this stat in beisbol....you KNOW I am talking Friar's ball...called LOB...left on bases...stranded runners on the bases, while YOU are at bat...YOU strike out, er, make an out and none, make that NONE of the runners score...it is a very bad stat to own...well now, as the sad tale of Padres continues...losing to one of the worst teams in MLB...which makes the Padres...ah, worse than them, right?...anyhoo...we had two players that achieved this awful milestone...of futility...one bloke, CF Grisham...had 4 times to plate...struck about all 4...and LOB NINE runners!!!...and our 'star' RF Junior, stranded SEVEN!!!...LOB...think there might be a reason we lost?...well, you know what the Friars do...which, unfortunately happens almost every season...they fire the hitting coach...we have had 15 since I have been living down here in SoCal...well, we have...sorry, Boss...

The debt ceiling crisis...all signs to point to some sort of closure...and the stock market is sensing that...and was up yesterday, and opened UP this morning...see, I can figure out the market...now I can adjust my cash flow, like a pro...uh, yea...

Man, er woman, gosh, people...I lurved watching the East NBA playoff game...the oh so smart Heat, beat the home court Celtics...in an upset of sorts...better shooting, better play calls, and better D...that pretty much sums it up...tonight, the Nuggets host the Lake Show...fingers crossed that Denver wins again...but, LA has hit their summit of talent's abilities...if I would bet on this game, gulp, I would bet a quid on LeBron and Co...

The WNBA has suspended their star coach (of the Las Vegas Aces)...cuz her team dealt with one of their players for being...pregnant...in not the best way...?...I dunno, kids...how do you deal with this?...can you play the game pregnant?...did they put her on the IL?...is that what they do?...there must be more to the story...

Matt Ryan, former QB in the NFL, is going to be an analyst...on the pixels this year...BUT, says he is not going to retire just yet...wowser, it is different to talk the game...than play it...coach it?...yes...play it, no...

We have found a 'brainery' series on Netflix...'The Diplomat'...it is catchy, quippy, seemingly real life, and a kick to figure out...Keri Russell the star, and she is excellent...a former Mickey Mouse Club member...like, the best in the biz...of them...dig it...there may be 2 series of it...Snooki, it may be too deep for you...

Impeachment...MTG...Marg Taylor Greene...is trying to drum up some form of it on Prez B...for what, being old?...OK, then...he deserves it...trump got 2 for being stupid...

Do YOU remember when Covid started here in the US?...wasn't it at a nursing home in the state of Washington?...then, all Hell broke loose...don't go outside...stay in seclusion...masks...required...have food delivered...no hugging...no nothing...

DF...Florida's DeSantis...will soon announce he is running for the Rep nod...hard to believe he is worse than donny...further right than him, for sure...well, you do know, trump has no agenda...other than for himself...whatever that is...there MUST be better choices, guys and gals of that party...

Montana is banning TikTok...whatever that is...do you TikTok?...well, you can't in Montana...smoke dope, yes...drink, yes...own an assault rifle, yes...TikTok, no....it is said to protect the Montanians from the Chinese Government...the fine, if found TikTok'ing?...$10,000 a day...

Hey, some hoop rule changes for high schools...not just in Montana, but in the entire US of A...no more 1 and 1 free throws...they are all 2 shots...the reason?...to protect the players from rough house play on the FT lane...?...there were problems?...shots after 5 fouls...each quarter...OK...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed...
