Good morning, my good friends...it is Sunday, May 14...yes, it is Mother's Day!...happiest of times for all youse mothers out there...we have been blessed with terrific mothers, as I am sure you have, too...not exactly sure, what is in store for the day...but, hitting the super is part of it...just what the Boss wants...

I am a little baffled by the NBA...as the players have too much say when it comes to the coaching...as not only the Buck's HC got the axe...but now the Sun's HC did, too...both are REAL coaches in the biz...the players want guys they can dictate what THEY do...how they play and so on...hoops, as we know it, is now gone into the abyss...not that it doesn't have crowd appeal, but just try to tell the 'stars' what to do, and the 'coach' gets shunned...and soon, the door...I have lately wondered, just like Lindsey Martin has queried, why are 8 coaches on the sidelines needed?...almost one for each player...egads, what a mess...if this trend continues, then the Warriors Steve Kerr is next...'set it up!'...right...

The Friars continue to slide...see above...the manager probably has only days before he is axed, if the path continues...wait, the pattern of the Padres, is to fire the hitting coach...have had a gazillion of them since we have been here...I'm sure 'they' will have a closed door meeting for 'players only'...BTW, that NEVER works...but the players think it will...and 'THEY" are never right...back when, when the Horse was a pseudo player, we tried it...didn't work...

Scott Baio (who?) is moving his family from Cali to DF...a list of reasons he put out there...but, yessiree, Bob,  Florida would be a great fit for the bloke...Mara-Lago?...probably can't afford that...try more inland, dude...

Idol...tonight the country whittles the 5 down to 3...of course, who knows what the actual votes are (grrr) and my 3 are actually 2 ?...there are two standouts and I don't know which one is the best...I bet, one of the 2 don't make it...to the 3...geez, this sounds like a math question...

The Jonas Bros are set to release a new album...well...some one will buy it...what do they sing?...doo wop?...

This is just from right field...my apologies to beisbol...why is there such a scream for what salad dressing we put on the green salads?...OMG, it is 225 calories...as compared to 125, or something like that...does the fat part of the dressing stick to you, and the salad stuff go right thru?...shoot, that creamer you add every day, has more calories than the salad dressing...I don't understand women...

'Farmer Chooses a Wife'...(Injun chooses one, too)...something like that...down to the decision time...it is the Batchelor on steroids...4 farmers doing the guess work...meet the family and all that...not sure if I saw the 'fantasy suite'...you know, then you'll know for sure...'how do you know you're in lurve?'...dang it all, it is good TV...not as good as Survivor,  but it has it's minutes...

Our cupboards are bare...the refer is, too...so, we are indeed going to the super for some grub...Boss wants the Super Walmart...it is HER day, so I guess I have to relent...we shall enter, back to back...
