Wild Format



I had an inkling to change up my lead page for the blog...spice 'er up, so to speak...came up with this Wild Format...you likea?...being sequestered for 18 days will do this to ya...stare at the screen, and want more...well, I had the time and this is the result...BTW, the body seems to be fine...yes, will venture out somewhere...for sure, to a grocery or Costco...coincidentally with the change of the weather...

Saw a most bizarre flick last nite...'Closer'...starring Jude Law and Natalie Portman, with some lesser known actors, Clive Owen and Julia Roberts...Nat and Clive got Golden Globes for the film...and Oscar Noms for 'supporting roles'...what?...Ms Portman was THE star of the show...it was a 2004 release...funny that we hadn't seen it before...odd, not funny...

Russia and the USA powers to be, when discussing arms and the such...met yesterday...first time since Putin invaded Ukraine...always good to sit down and discuss...a beginning...

Tensions are rising between Israel and Iran...stay real close to this story, kids...am really afraid that this conflict is inevitable...

As the NCAA hoops playoffs draw near...guys and gals...there shall be no real upset...as parity is the word...except, the South Carolina gals are really really good...my only 'for sure' game in all of 'em...

The Murdaugh murder trial...listened to the closing arguments of the prosecution...Hamilton Burger this guy is not...if I were on the jury, I think I would have tuned him out, a rambling man...something tells me that this defendant is going to beat the rap...now today, we shall hear what Perry Mason uses as his defense...are you following any of this?...

I think I spoketh too soon...my brain is not there...yet...just did my coffee, without the coffee cup under the spout...brain freeze...

Lakers won on the road without LeBron and the Brow...and PDX lost at home...LA one up on Portland...hate the Lakers...Portlan has no 'D'...

The Horse will golf tomorrow...first time in 3 weeks...FORE!...

2 things still not up to par...taste buds barely there...and the hearing...no mas coughing...

Look in your rear view mirror...and you see the Tesla...does it NOT look like a VW Beetle?...

Did you know on the last day of this year...the numbers will be 123123?...

3 weeks without any outside communication...well, live talk...face to face...hermit like...TG for the tele and the web net...'you look like Hell'...gosh, I can hardly wait...

Yes, the MLB games are now about 2 1/2 hours long with the pitch clock...shoot, go to the louve, and miss an inning...

And so it goes...this fine Thursday, March the 2nd...2023...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
