The Sooper Bowl...Ads


Sure, you football fans go bonkers over the Sooper Bowl...gatherings, bets, grids, faithful fans, bandwagon ones, curious peops, and just party folk...turn on to this spectacle...there are those who find as much interest in the commercials as the game...my fav is usually the Budweiser Clydesdales...no, not only cuz they are horses...

The game...I think it may be a high scoring one...the wish of many on the $100 squares...if Mahonnes is healthy, it is KC as the victor...if still hobbled, then it is Philly...please, don’t let the outcome be on a ‘non call’...

Have as much interest in the Sopranos Open in Scottsdale...so many pros within a few strokes...started already this am...

Oh my, Turkey and Syria...the death total over 33,000!...the buildings just collapsed...non reinforced concrete...imagine...

Seeing the kids and the grand kids...priceless...they have devoted their lives to their kids...heartwarming...having 2, a real job...we had 1, and that was tough for us...


LeBron has a foot injury...the demise of tall hoopsters...all tall ones...

I don’t get the trades, then the buyout business...in the NBA...free agency?

Ran down to Starbucks in Montecito....the haven for ‘stars’....the Horse was lurking for one or two...nope, none...must be too early for the rich and famous...just us Injuns...

The USA shot down something else...over Canada...ah, they have no jets?...hmmm, we can shoot something over Canadian land, but NOT over Montana?...

Hope our next stop, has FOX sports...so we can catch the Sooper Bowl...ads...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
