Abort!...Abort!...of course this happened...the Horse was unhooking to move on to the next agenda...bent over in such a way to TWEAK me back!...can’t walk...hunched over, like the Hunchback of Notre Dame...I walked to the Good Dr Cris to get a filling...here we go...I’m numb, Boss Lady coughing uncontrollably, from a virus she picked up...and slept, knowing we can’t finish the trek...we decide to abort, and go back to the homeland...the only thing missing is Mel Torme singing ‘Smile’...Cosmo was waiting...

The morning...we were starting the trip back...stopped for petrol and and some Mickey D’s...Voila!...me back works...thus, we aborted the abort...and here we are...north of Santa Cruz at a very nice KOA...yea, another problem...it is COLD at nite...we need to get more propane...that is the issue for this day...and to get a small electric heater...ah yeas, Boss is doing better...the northest we go is to Half Moon Bay...30 minutes or so...we travel on...

The news of yet another mass shooting at Mich St...tragic and devastating....dominates the airwaves...this will continue on until there is a change in our gun laws...

Tiger is back in LA...any chance?...I will never doubt his possibilities...of playing...winning?...that I doubt...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
