Reacquiring your equilibrium ...that's what the day after the trip is for...almost 12 hours of travel, via the air will do that to your system...the weird part, is that only 3+ was in the air...the rest is the wait, checking, transferring, the walking to and from...eating and drinking...just wear and tear on the bod...right?...what I call 'The Return to Normalcy'...

Here we go again...mass shootings...2 horrific ones in Cali...this is truly out of control...such a waste of life...and now...the surge of stabbings...some bloke went berserk down in the Gaslamp while we were gone...stabbing like 6 people...what is going on?...

When I peruse the papers throughout the country, I read about shooting, killings, stabbings, EVERYWHERE in the USA...try this yourself...take out newspapers from all over the country and read them...you shall see what I am telling ya...what is the solution?... and we were worried about Cabo...
