December Colors


The month is now in action...my fav is December...always has been...always will be...love the colors...love that our son was born in it...who doesn't love Christmas?...it USED to be the start of my coaching games...love love love...so, let's  enjoy it, kids...I took this picture outside of the cool spot in Huntington Beach...love the colors...

We are now in Carp, the surprise is that there are many vacant sites...guess peops aren't traveling...the other?...the number of Class B RV's...lots and lots of 'em...the same size as Cosmo...Cris and Cyrus came here...we had a terrific fire on the beach...roasted some hot dogs, and of course, the smores...with HUGE marshmallows...never seen them before...today, we go to their compound, and see Cas and Leila...

Often, the idea of selling Cosmo comes up...one of the big reasons for getting it, was to have a spot for Sammi...but, man, it does make us get up and go...for not that much dinero...we are not dependent on anyone else for housing...or, the cost of a hotel...don't get me wrong, it is not cheap...just cheaper...and really, it is us...Boss keeps adjusting the pad...

The passing of Christie McVie...one of the gal parts of Fleetwood Mac...79...egads...this age business...the group was instrumental in a near perfect album...Rumors...if you don't have it, get it...the greats are falling...my age...hate this so much...’Rumours’

6 years of trump's taxes are in the hands of the House and Means Committee...have this feeling, that the facade will be out...stay tuned...

This is just a stupid note...I can't believe how fast the Horse, loses his 12 pack of new golf balls...ah, one by one...where do they go?...water, OB, high grass, and other mysterious spots on the golf course...

Imagine playing 3 full games of anything...and scoring just once...the ENTIRE team...goofy sport...

The times they are a changing...Rep Hakeem Jeffries...is the new House Demo Leader...stepping in after the departure of Rep Pelosi...1st Black leader in a top position in either chamber...who is the Rep leader?...TBD...

I think I have said this for like 15 years or so...Survivor is still one of the best shows on the pixels...the production is awesome...the minds of the contestants are such, that I rarely can figure out what they are thinking...

Finally, the weather people could be right...there is some of that blimey rain a coming...booooo...

I slept on this and forgot it…Mila Kunis has raised over $37 million for Ukraine relief…she came from there, and just wants to help…5 star

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
