The People (who vote) have Spoken




The Horse was invited to two election night parties...ah, both a tad tongue in cheek...these were 'Red Wave' dudes...fully expecting to shove the whole thing in my face...yes, I feared this...the reason for my constant nagging of YOU, to get out to VOTE...knowing that many do not...Mid-Terms...'not that important'...was and is, the normal cry...not so fast, my good friends...this time in particular, it sets up a trend...let alone the majority in the House and the Senate...YOU know this...

AND, my biggest concern, was the lack of the women vote...this abortion ruling that took the rights of their own body, away...how can they NOT, be up in arms...?...well...they did get out and vote...not the substantial mass that I thought, but it was significant...as one very righteous Republican told the Boss, "I am not a one trick pony"...him being gay...and may soon lose his rights to his marriage?...that a big enough trick for you, bloke?...I digress...

The pending results...are much closer than the polls suggested...there was none of this 'Red Wave' nonsense...even agreed, the much maligned Lindsey Graham...however, the red was in form in Florida and Texas...and the brutal state of Georgia...where the campaign for it's senator...probably will be a run off...the nice surprise was in Pennsylvania...where Fetterman beat 'Dr' Oz...the House?...looking like it will turn to the Repubs...in a very close vote...

Listen kids...it is the will of the people (who vote)...you who complain about the results, and did not take the time to do so...shame on you...and shut your mouth... 

So where does this lead the candy peops for 2024 for Prez?...Fonny is hinting, the worst hint ever, that he will run again on the 14th...the underlying mood of the party, is that they do not want him...stay tuned...can he bully his way back?...this inner battle will play itself out, LOOOOONNNGGG before the general election...the Demos?...way too early to tell...if I was in the Mule's driver seat, I'd sit back and just watch the circus that will go on with them elephants...

Moving on...

Country Music Awards tonight...do not be alarmed at who wins...it always is a head scratcher (see above)...but, just listen to the music...in fact, I tape it...and go right to the songs...

I am not moving on...the last addition...is that in the mid-terms, it is the time that the opponent of the Prez's party...ALWAYS picks up seats in Congress...this time, the numbers are much less than the norm...thank you voters...

We did get lots of rain...it appears to be a one day thang...now, I have to think if I want to slop along on them fairways...or not...

This robot cleaner we got...is simply awesome...how did we not get along with out one?...

Finally...

We are all in this together...Blue, Red, whatever...seemingly lost in the battles that go about...is the fact that we are still the strongest country in the world...that people look up to...want to go to...live here...the division we have right now, can be soothed over...the leaders of both sides can find common ground...with this...PROPER LEADERSHIP...and that is what we should be trying to achieve...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
