On the Cusp

Cusp?...imagine the bloke who came up with that word...no doubt a confused sailor that was about to journey out into the open seas...departing from what he can see, and what he can't...right?...I had that feeling when we were watching the former VP Mike Pence town hall mtg in NYC last eve...as he was trying in vain to find the words that he was different from the JV coach of Head Coach trump...to the new and progressive guy, that he so dearly wants to be..."as I said in my book"...guess that is why he was there, to hawk his 'new' book...did he actually write it, or did he do what Fonny did...have a ghost writer...?...

Now some of you would ponder why the Horse would be watching such a thang...good query...since he thinks that he needn't talk to the Coup Committee, he seemingly thinks he is above the law...this was gonna be the closest to a perspective he had on that day...that's why we watched...how many times did he mention that he was a Christian?...lord...we, got it man...in essence, he was forgiving the act of Fonny...I think that's what he was trying to say...if he spoke any slower, I would have nodded off, many, many times...my judgment?...he is a good man, but not Prez worthy...

For you dentists in the world (Dr Cris), I left you outta this...a cusp is an occlusal or incised eminence on a tooth...but, yea, that's not what I am referring to...

It was a bad day for golf...2 hour delay so I ventured back to the home...frost...yea, it gets cold here, too...and then determined that it was a bath day for the Lexus...wash, lube, oil, and filter...normally take it to a Jiffy Lube...who do just magnifico...had a tail light out...air pressure in the spare that only the guy in the hole could fill...ha ha...all good, and we were sailing outta there, with NO WARNING lights blaring...a win win...it's the little things, kids...that make the day a success...

Back to Congress...it appears that the Repubs have the majority in the House...you know, I am OK with this...if the people vote this way, majority rules...now, let's get some things across the aisle, passed...whatever that means...right, fat chance...'they' are already working on an impeachment...why?...who knows...pay back, I reckon...

The Idaho massacre...the investigators are still trying to figure it out...gruesome by the accounts that have been released...

There is this new to us series on HULU...called 'Power Trip'...about young reporters from ABC, covering the mid-terms...gosh, it is really good...find it and judge for yourself...8 part?...maybe 10...

Don't hate moi, but I got the itch to put up our tree and Santas...we are gonna be gone during the normal time we do this...just love the season...guess I am still a kid at heart...ha ha...

The finale for the 'Alaska Daily' is tonight...absolutely lurve this show...

The Repub leader of the Senate, Mitch McConnell, was re-elected by his peers...defeating the Fonny backed Rick Scott, 37-10...how many more losses will it take him to realize he is a LOSER?...bye bye...

Football...there is this dilemma back up...what is better, the real turf or the synthetic turf for the football field?...citing injuries as the reason, the real cats are out there...BUT, stats don't show that...and for like most schools, high schools...the use of other things on the field is immensely improved...you football experts (like Snooki) what you think?...
