Peachy!

How about them apples, er peaches!...what a stunner...the 'worst' ranked team in the playoffs...the San Diego Padres...had the audacity to go into the Big Apple, er, New York...and beat the highly heralded, Mets...this was the final game...the winner takes all...and the pitching and hitting of the Friars coincided quite nicely, thank you...Joe Musgrove was on his game...so much so, that the Met's Mgr Buck (rhymes with what?) Showalter...tried and DID get the umps to check out how Musgrove was mowing his troop down...'eargate'...didn't work...his boys continued on...getting but ONE hit...ha ha...it's over and now...off on the trip to LaLa Land to face another HUGE obstacle...the Bums...this was PEACHY KEEN!...

In the next set of games...it will be best of 5...so some of 'em will be right here in God's land...this will be so much fun...

This is Native American Day...October 10...the latest interpretation is now 'Indigenous People's Day'...whatever...that is absurd...we honor all that were before us...my ancestors of the Santee Sioux and the Eyaks...in particular...mom was from the Santee and dad was from the Eyak...they will always be in my mind...

When  I hear the Senator Tommy Tuberville speak (Alabama)...it makes me cringe...makes me wonder how he got elected...the former football coach at Auburn...must have had some hits back when...you know, the concession protocol thang...this is it...his team at Auburn, beat 'Bama SIX straight times...and now I understand how he got the votes...football is big there...

Madonna...yup, still making the news...this time, insinuating that she may be...well now, really...if she can keep herself in the limelight, that is the important thing...borrowing a page from the KK fam...

Just a bizarre story out of Texas...where a 17 yr old was shot, repeatedly by a cop...as he was eating a burger outside of a Mickey D's...the boy is on critical condition...the motive?...well, the cop has since been fired...yea, that is the punishment...there must be more to this story...

This in...Putin unleashed a massive attack on many cities in Ukraine...via the air...says it is retaliation for the bombing of the bridge...he is flailing, and it shows...
