Good or Bad?




This is just a recollection of things in the past...did it not seem that it took almost years to get an audience with the Supreme Court of the USA?...ah, now simply SCOTUS...but, ever since Fonny and his Flock have adjusted everything...a Senator like Lindsey Graham...can just call up one of the members, and get a blockage of a court order...Clarence Thomas, SCOTUS...perhaps, this is a good thing...that anyone can get such quick (and easy?) action from them...maybe a bad thing, as maybe only certain people can get access...or certain parties...Lindsey sure seems that he is hiding something, to go as far as he has...right?...

The average lifespan of a rattlesnake is from 17-22 years...how do they know that?...and there is no connection to this and the aforementioned Lindsay Graham...the life of a snake...

Another school shooting...this time in St Louis...2 dead, 7 injured and the killer, killed...I have a dream...that one day the congressionals wake up and and decide to ban rapid fire guns to the public...

Beisbol is an inexact game of fields...strike zones...where every pitch and play there is a judgment on it...and yet, the scribes keep exact numbers of what has happened...

Ye, aka Kanye, has talked too much...and has been dismissed by Adidas...over his anti-semitism rant...he had a billion dollar deal...I emphasize 'had'...

We are getting our flu shot and another booster of the Covid shot today...rumor out, is that less and less people are getting sick afterward...gosh, hope so...

At the check out counter at Costco (in San Diego)...and this lad had an Oregon St sweatshirt on...the checker...I asked him if he was in fact a Beaver...he is...going to school via the web net thru Oregon St...wow...I did not know that you could do that...$300 a credit...15 credits a term, that is $4500...3 terms (a year) for $13,500...man, that is cheap for nowadays...of course, when I went, it was $92 a term + books...ha ha...and that was live not internet...

If there is a better 'happy hour' deal around town (city?) than the Whiskey House, then I gotta go there...ah, too...3 block walk...

I may be the 1st to say this...but...if 'Bama loses again...that would give them 2 losses...would the crack select committee still put them in the final 4 for the champ game?...even with many others with no or 1 loss?...quick, contact SCOTUS...

VOTE...don't gripe...VOTE...stand up for what YOU believe in...VOTE...

Russia has denied the appeal of Britney Griner...she remains in the Russian prison...do not play hoops there, ladies...stay out of that country...

How 'bout them Blazers!...undefeated...and then, the Lake Show...winless...this LA team is about to combust...great fodder for the Horse...can't wait...

                                    Thinking deeper, is it more of 'The Good, Bad, or Ugly?'...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
