Labor Day

Yea, so some people work on Labor Day...is it time and a half or double time?...to moi?...it was the last day until I hit the classroom...my history was that I would go to the horse races at the State Fair...glorious finish to the summer...after summer school, summer hoops, team camps, and vacays...got a memory of those who ripped on the teachers for getting paid for the summer...when they were NOT working...we had a choice when we got our pay...spread it out over 12 months, or just the months we worked...don't know of anyone who did the latter...especially at the beginning of the years of...when I was always broke...ha ha...

The big news out of the 23 sources this am?...the new Prime Minister of Great Britain...Liz Truss...replacing Boris Johnson...the agenda?...like all politicians...tax cuts...and the oh so generic 'I will unleash Britain's potential by going for growth and removing obstacles holding our country back'...OK, then...

Doesn't make much diff where the former Notre Dame coach Brian Kelly is...he antagonizes people...as his LSU team flubbed an extra point kick to force the game into OT with Florida St...he plans on executing his whole team...right, a play on his lack of execution during the game...but, still...not may favorite guy...

Bed, Bath, and Beyond...supposedly shuttering many of their stores...we like the store...not sure of the reasoning...but, the CFO jumped to his death in NYC...man...I still say, we are treating life incorrectly much too often...

The Bums won again...they are good...they do get breaks...but, the good get 'em...we got 'em too...as the teams that we are fighting for the playoffs, lost...but, the calls that the Bums get...wow...enuff said...

Saw a video of what it was like at the new Snapdragon Stadium...here in SD...as the temp was 100*...and the crowd spent most of the time, searching for shade....anywhere...not in their seats...listen, kids, we are 70* temp people...we would have left...

Want some humor?...the latest lie that donny thought up...he took the classified items, cuz he was going to put them in his library...dude, he can't read...can't spell...can't talk...but CAN make phone calls of intimidation...a library, give me a break...he can't recall when we fired Dewey Decimal, but sure he did...
