Stress



I suppose nothing is more harmful to your body, than STRESS!...they cause it, she causes it, he causes it, YOU cause it...could be the job you have...could be the situation you are in...could be a lot of things...it is how you react to it, and what YOU do to cope...sometimes, it is a build up of daily stresses...the cure?...not that easy, kids...get out of that situation?...better diet?...drugs or alcohol?...Dr visits?...

Some like to live in this...STRESS!...makes their lives more meaningful and exciting...hmmm...professional athletes...the money is nice, but the competition is greater...well, maybe not if you look at the LIV Tour in golf...for the most part, that is the exception...if you work, teach, coach in the public eye...people judge you all the time...yes, play, too...

This is directly from the Horse doctor, not a bonafide one...but, one who has gone thru this...find outlets...relaxation periods...therapy, yes...timeouts...massages...just something that takes your mind AWAY!...

Moving on...

The raid at Mara-Lago...the why's outdo anything else...what was trump doing with all those documents?...this after being told, to return them...much earlier...is there, or was there, a sinister act?...or acts?...sure seems to the Horse, that the DOJ thinks so...and here we go...

BTW, must mention the outstanding year that the Yank's Aaron Judge is having.,..hit his 51st HR in Anaheim last eve...leads the majors in most all hitting...oh my...

Now MAUI, that makes us stress free...being there...the breezes...the pools...the terrific foods...Lahaina...the dinner cruise...the golfing...the Lava Flow...the rag tops...the ocean...


When I am up at 5 am, normally, see but a few lights on throughout the Marina...this morning?...many many lights...and lots of cars...it is the heat, son, the heat...

Bizarre...gangs are attacking celebrity homes in Atlanta...serious stuff...somehow, they are on lists...what have we come to?...

Us golfers. er hackers...saw this article on reviewing the Titlelist golf ball...that I should be using the Velocity...goes further, and is better if you do a lot of pitch and runs...AND...cheaper...will try it...of course, I don't see much diff in any balls...ha ha...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
