The Latest Version of a Timeline

In a recent publication, I said the hardest job in the country is that of being a cop...special people choose the profession, for many reasons...you can count them...thing is, one has to have unbelievable intestinal fortitude...bravery...be willing to be trained intensely...and have a keen sense of timing...when to use their talents...knowing that their life could be on the line at ANY MOMENT!...yes, it takes a special person to choose to do this...

The Uvalde Massacre...you know the story by now...the carnage...these cops were in this situation that they are PREPARED for...and...didn't act for 77 minutes...AWAITING orders...this came out yesterday, in yet another 'detailed' timeline...that the upper tier of the police went over...I do not blame the cops...I blame the COMMANDING OFFICER...the blame game...

Heart wrenching...an interview with a 10 year old who survived...when asked 'do you think you will ever have to go through with something as this again?...his response was 'probably yes'...he lost most of his friends in the massacre...

All the while, the NRA was having it's convention in Houston...yup, still in Texas...yes, and trump talked...his blame game was pointed towards the mental health angle, PLUS, the lack of family...no mention to the AR-15 angle...of course...what was most sickening of his 'speech'...he listed all the kids killed then did his version of a dance 'after'....

The NRA is based in Virginia...with the most amount of members from Texas...a little talked about fact, is that their BOARD OF GOVERNORS, well, their board of control, consists of 76 members...one of them, was very recognizable, Tom Selleck...check out the Wikipedia explanation about the Org...some others...Oliver North, Ted Nugent, Karl Malone, Chuck Norris, the 'famous'...most are white, men...

Spent a lot of time watching the pixels, as I endure this quarantine...BTW, the Covid lingers...the ESPN pundits were all but giving the East Crown to the Celtics...as the Heat changed their direction and won the fray in Boston...as Jimmy Buckets went for 47!...the game prior, he couldn't hit nothing...so, back to Miami for game 7...OK, pundits who ya got?...so, I can wager otherwise...

The Pads came from behind last nite and got game 1...two timely hits, one by the massive DH Luke Voit, and the winner by the crazy OF Will Myers...decent pitching, with the relief guys spot on...vs the Bucs...game today is at an odd time...7:10...pm...

I am only asking for the abolishment of the AR-15 to the common person in this country...why would YOU want them in all's hands?...why?...you can have your rifle, your hand gun, your bow and arrow (?), and your slingshot...

Does the KFam go to church, now that Ye is no longer with the clan?...

I have gotten away from talking music...in fact, I have been not listening much to it, either...well, Idol, was an outlet...albeit, not very good stuff...now that we have canceled Nashville, we are really out of whack...
