Roe v. Wade LEAK

I was going to lead with a humorous story in my past...a beisbol oracle that erased any path for my talent ladened youth...well, lack thereof...BUT, along came this headline, like everywhere...that made that story line a mere joke...a LEAK, discovered by Politico...that was of a memo from SCOTUS back in February...that mentioned, er detailed out...the OVERTURN of Roe v. Wade...the ABORTION decision...which would take the right of said process AWAY from the judgment of the woman...did I say that right?...

Is this party driven?...is this an agenda item of the conservative right?...did trump win?...needless to say, he (donny) doesn't really wants this...but, those who vote for him, must...as does Mitch and his hooligans...we are in for a ride like no other in this country, I fear, kids...WOMEN, and shoot, ALL of us, should stand up and ADDRESS the Supreme Court...

No doubt, there will be chaos in the streets of the USA...in retaliation for the judgment of the Court...probably just what trump wants...to show his ruling platform from his arena in Florida....BUT, what is now in the SCOTUS, must be changed...Congress has to react accordingly....the impeachment process has to come forth against those who are driving this ultra conservative movement...

We have in this country, checks and balances, to handle situations just like this....right?...time to find and employ them...it does show, however, how vulnerable we are in this country...that exposed itself when trump was elected...how he tried to manipulate everything that was set up in the Constitution...to propel him to dictator status...

There is a fear, that the Court has just begun...the biggest item that might be on the agenda?...Gay rights...like to get married...if this first step is not checked...like in hockey, slammed to the side board...reversed...here we go again, at yet another crossroads...you think  we are not polarized?...in the next few months, you will see it up front and personal...

Yes, this is but s LEAK...if true...alleged...if the Court goes forth...well, we shall see a different form of pandemonium...

Moving on...

NBA Playoffs...is it just me, or has the game turned into a circus?...the taunting is beyond control...at the lowest level of the game, it used to be taught to be cool...that you had been there before...now the mouthing, the gestures, the stare downs...has made the game a freak show...I know it is because the players don't go to school anymore...that they are not coached...the passage way is via the AAU type of thing...where parents and non-credentialed blokes do the 'coaching'...anything goes...and it shows...almost has got to the pro-rassling form of entertainment...listen, if LeBron talks to the fans, and gets under their skin...so will many of the other 'stars' of the game...what ever happened to not paying attention to the crowd?...it is indeed, like animals in the zoo...

American Idol...did a 20 year reunion of sorts last nite...pairs of past contestants sang duets...no Kelly or Carrie, but it was indeed fun to watch...the best of them all, the final pairing of Scotty McCreery and Laura Alaina...two who have emerged into stardom after Idol...in the country genre...

I don't think I can leave this alone...here are the members of SCOTUS and their affiliation...

John Roberts, Bush nomination...Clarence Thomas, Bush nomination, Stephen Breyer, Clinton nomination, Samuel Alito, Bush nomination, Sonia Sotomayor, Obama nomination, Elena Kagan, Obama nomination, Neil Gorsuch, trump nomination, Brett Kavanaugh, trump nomination, Amy Barrett, trump nomination....and in the summer of this year, Ketanji Jackson, Biden nomination...as it stands right now, it is a virtual conservative lock at 6-3...hang on to your hats, kids...

The Met Gala...talk about 180*...the KFam were undeniably there...all of 'em...moved right past all of the true 'stars' in terms of pictures that are and were released. in the web net...none more than KK herself, who wore the Marilyn Monroe dress, that she sang 'Happy Birthday, Mr President' to JFK...this is what we have got down to...a new low...glorify all the nip and tucks, the human alterations to a body...to make them what they ain't...the charade of all time, and the people, on the face of it, dig the transformation...not moi...

Speaking of MM, there is a show out on Netflix, just released...which goes back there, when she died...and why...if true, the revelation that the Kennedy boyz were a major part of her life in the 60's...hmmm...nowadays, I don't think JFK could get elected...well, shoot, trump did, and lawdy he did all sorts of thangs...so, maybe so after all...

40% chance of rain for this Saturday's Kentucky Derby...does that affect my prognostications?...yup...depends on how much and when...have not started my handicapping...

More info on the death of Naomi Judd...at first reported due to mental illness...now, they are releasing 'suicide'...so so sad...which I will never ever understand...

The Pads in Cleveland for a 2 spot...now they are called the Guardians, which in my judgment, is the worst change of nicknames in the history of sport...not just beisbol...

FYI, Sycuan Casino has a little market right before the main structure...which is awesome, I might add...and they sell petrol there...much like Costco, it is slammed...the price yesterday?...$5.29 a gallon...a quick jaunt after I play golf at Singing Hills...

Has the thought ever crossed your mind, that the states just might secede from the Union and be themselves their own country?...yes, I know the Civil War was like that...but, individual states doin that?...hmmm...
