A Padres Sweep

It is rare...well, rarified air...for the San Diego Padres to sweep the always competitive SF Giants...at their ball yard...in fact it has been 6 years...the last game was a doozy, a 10-1 romp...now, a day off and then back at Petco...for a 7-9 game homestand....something like that...

Not so gloomy for SF, is their hoops team, that has a sweep in mind over the Mavs...a one man show, these Dallas dudes...the Warriors, have many weapons...if that is what one calls the options...anyhoo, won game 3 at Texas...

Just north of there in Oklahoma...the PGA Major was won by a guy out of the pack...like 7 back...JT...tied it up and won in OT...the guy from Chile had it in the bag, until his last tee ball went swimming...too bad...have I told you before, golf is a hard game?...seems like I spent most of the day watching this...

Idol...it indeed came down to the Huntergirl and the dude...and the dude won...he was better...kind of a good show to end the season...a 'B'...

Is the state of Georgia (Jorja) as messed up as it seems in the political spectrum?...Florida is bad, and Jorja may be worse...or getting that way...

We had a cabbie in Vegas...who was transplanted from Jersey...then to Florida...then LV...said all people follow that same path...that is why Florida is all screwed up...his words...
