Epic?

So many adjectives that would describe the match up between Duke and North Carolina...in the preliminary stage, then in the middle of the game, of course, and in the aftermath...it was a beaut...altered by some strange officiating, but that is to be expected...who were those dudes, anyhow?...as North Carolina won again over Coach K's squad...they were better...flat out...the Tar Heels could shoot the rock...the difference...BUT, both teams were savvy on their game plans...it was such, that no one should lose...it was EPIC!...

A sidelight, is that the Horse continues his streak of prognostications...streaking I tell ya...as Kansas won the opener over Villanova...inasmuch, as I have to boast this...that the Jayhawks are the BEST in the country...will handily beat UNC on Monday...or, whenever they play...have yet to see the Vegas Boys line, but they were wrong on Duke, and we shall see the points differential on the champ game...

The ladies today...going with UConn...as I have been the lone supporter of this team...South Carolina will be favored...probably heavily...as they have the best player, in their Center...but, the guards, are average...and the Huskies have the edge in that area...in the past 4 decades, the perimeter people dominate in the Big Dance...so, this is the way I choose...

Blake Shelton was in San Diego last eve at the Boots Festival...too cold for us to mosey on down to see him, er, hear him, from outside of the gates...a sold out show...I could have got tix for $200 each...but naw...not this time...he did have Gwen with him and did announce that they are indeed hitched...intro'd her as Gwen Shelton...

Music stuff...Grammy's tonight...and on the docket is Carrie...usually, I don't watch the craziness of this show...as it has wondered away from real music...and this...the boy group from South Korea (K-Pop), will be on hiatus for 18 months...as they all MUST serve in the Korean armed forces...

Mitch has announced that he can not and will not vote for Ms. Jackson for the SCOTUS...right...neither will the comedic trio of MGC...the block remains nearly intact...yet, it takes a simple majority to get the nod...so, if needed, VP Kamala Harris, does the tiebreaker...
