A Shorty


Morning all, as we are back...man, it really was a fun trip...a lot of driving...and stayed in a new site...BUT...anything that cross sections LA is really not worth it...that traffic is extraordinary BAD!...how one gets used to it, I will never understand...the rest was great, tho...to see the kids is worth the jaunt...

As I have told you prior, we did get BACK into 'The Winds of War'...absolutely terrific min-series...how it is called a mini-series, is really a misnomer...it is LONG...but so well, done...when we got back yesterday, we watched another episode...ah, number 5...'go ahead, and fix us a pair of SHORTIES!'...first time I have ever heard of that...

The Padres won again at home vs the Redlegs...well, Cincy...as the starting pitching continues to shine...and surprise moi...when our hitting catches up, we shall be a contender to them Bums...maybe...perhaps, wishful thinking...

The on again off again 'mask mandate'...how do you feel about it?...I don't trust those who never got their shots...still can't figure out why, other than they were afraid of the needle...or. they listened to some form of rhetoric of donny...who got the shots, dudes...

The Suns lost a playoff game...touted as the very best team in the league, this was a surprise...at home to Norleans...what was not a surprise...but a weird and wack stat...that when star guard, and State Farm star, Chris Paul, plays and the ref is the irascible Scott Foster, Paul's team is 0 for 14...ofer...he has NEVER won, when Foster has reffed...never...weird?...or?...

Didn't say much about Jordan Spieth's win...but he is indeed a class act...and, for goodness sake, where has Rickie gone?...the sport is hard, kids...and can be brutal once you have lost confidence...

Your gal, Marjorie Taylor Greene, aka MTG, is going to testify LIVE to the Congressional hearing on the Jan 6 Coup attempt...live, meaning the television will show her...to the Nation...this is good stuff...some time this week...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
